Welcome to paradise in the heart of Inlet Beach!  "Palm Paradise" is a shore bet for a great time and happy memories made on the Emerald Coast, and it's just waiting for you to come and make yours.

This new vacation home adorned with brand new furnishings, is your ticket to a blissful getaway.  Close to the pool,  beach and surrounded by shopping & dining, it’s the perfect haven for your coastal retreat.  With  4 bedrooms,  3 with king size beds, and set of queen over queen bunks, sleeping a total of 11 people in beds.

The second floor of the home unveils all the living magic with a spacious family area, comfy seating, a dining table for 10, a modern kitchen with counter seating for 4 and a large screened porch, which also offers al fresco dining for 4.  The sofa is a queen sleeper sofa, providing sleeping space for 2 more.

The Bedrooms are located on the first and third floors.  The two bunk rooms are on the first floor and they share a bath with a walk-in shower.  Bunk room 1 has a twin XL over a king bed, and bunk room 2 provides a queen over queen bunk.  Up on the third floor, along with the King master there is a second king bedroom.  Both rooms have ensuite baths, one with a walk-in shower and the other a tub/shower combo.  The laundry room is located on this floor as well.

With just a short jaunt to the beach, and surrounded by all that the area has to offer,  "Palm Paradise" is truly paradise found!

STARTER AMENITY PACKAGE:

Our guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels,  2 laundry pods, and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.

AIRPORT INFORMATION:

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City Beach and is approximately 35 minutes from the house.

Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 1 hour 40 minutes from the house.

When flying into the Santa Rosa Beach area, we highly recommend booking a car service (we can provide you with suggestions) as Uber/Lyft can be difficult to schedule in our area.

*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.

Please note our age requirement policy; One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
