Gulf Front Condo in a Great Location

Welcome to the Sandy Sunbird, a beautiful gulf front condo at the perfect location in Panama City Beach! This unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a pull out couch mattress. As soon as you walk in the unit you immediately see the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico shining through the wall of windows in the living room. Enjoy the Gulf breeze from the spacious balcony accessible from the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials and includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a stove top oven. You can enjoy eating at the kitchen peninsula or at the dining table. The full bathroom is accessible from the living room and bedroom. The complex offers 3 pools, lounge chairs, fitness center, vending area, grilling area, and new composite boardwalk where you can directly access the beach! There is also a private entrance into the famous beachside bar and restaurant Pineapple Willies!

One person in your party must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit or you will be denied entry with no refund. The unit is accessed by a keypad lock. The complex is gated and you must have the gate code to enter. There is a resort fee of $30 for a parking pass for a maximum of 1 vehicle with no attached trailer of any type. There is a nearby public parking garage walkable to the complex if you have additional vehicles for around $12 per day. There is also a $6 armband fee per guest 12 years old and up, with up to 4 armbands max. You can pay this fee with card or cash at the office which is open from 8am-5pm during the week, but if you arriving outside of those times, the fees will be due at the entrance gate with exact CASH only.

There is no shortage of fun to be had in this location! With a private entrance to the World Famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar where you can have delicious meals, drinks or grab a snack while soaking up the sun on the beach all day. You will find great attractions like Pirate's Island Adventure Putt Putt, Race City go-carts, and Cobra Adventure Park with an arcade, go-carts, slingshot ride, and other attractions just 1 mile away! The beautiful St Andrews State Park is also just a 10 minute drive away.
One adult in your party must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at this complex. If you are under 25, the resort will turn you away with no refund. This rental accommodates up to 4 people. There are no pets allowed.

You are allowed 1 parking pass and it is $30 regardless how many nights you are staying. If you need additional parking, there is a public parking garage within walking distance that is approx $12 per day.

Armbands are required for each guest ages 12 and up. Armbands are $6 each.

You can pay for your parking pass and armbands with cash or credit at the HOA office located on the first floor by the pool in between towers. They are open Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. If you are checking in outside of those days/times, you will need to pay in CASH ONLY at the entrance gate.

Please note that there is monthly pest control on the first Tuesday of each month. If you are staying at the unit on the first Tuesday of the month, please expect a pest control worker to knock on your door to enter the unit. If there is no answer, the worker will enter the property with a key they have on file.
