The one thing that we were a little surprised with. In our bedroom was 2 upside down pineapples. That usually is a sign of people being swingers. I just felt uncomfortable with this symbolism, as I brought my kids for a family vacation and this is what was being portrayed when we walked in to view room.

Less traffic, quick elevators
West end has less traffic and the elevators at the Palazzo are quick! This is a major plus - everywhere else we've stayed, the elevators were super slow.

Stunning Views in a Perfect Location - A Memorable Stay
We had an amazing stay! This condo was spotless and well-maintained, with stunning views that took our breath away. The best part was the direct access to the beach. Family Vacation 2023
We’ve been coming to PCB for over 30 years; this was our first stay at Palazzo and it was great. The room was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely come back again. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo has everything!
This condo had everything you could possibly want in the kitchen and a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack the house to come for the week. Overall this place was perfect. There was enough room for all of us to stay comfortably. The biggest plus was not having to share a room with my mom again but still close to my in-laws staying at the Palmetto. The glass tabletops and high outside furniture made me a little nervous with a 1 yr and 4 yr old but the place was very comfortable. The building is in a great location. Couple things we didn’t like were, the pool is on a higher floor with no access to beach. The stone around it was also pretty slick for the kids.

Always enjoy Palazzo
Condo is always very nice. This condo has not had any updates in bathrooms. Master bath needs a little work- toilet wouldn’t work due to broken handle (had to remove lid to flush), master shower had no pressure and and door to shower in bad condition. Other than master bath everything else was great! Beautiful view, easy check in and out.

Pictures don’t do it any justice!
The property as a whole was in excellent condition. Our check in went easy The apartment was clean and well maintained. Views were best you will find. The staff were helpful and courteous. Elevators were fast. Beach was not crowded. Beach chairs & umbrella that were provided with our room were a big plus. Even the pool was very well maintained. Only thing thing that was not what I’d hoped for was the Hot tub was out of order, but was told would be working at a date to which we weren’t no longer going to be staying.

Great location
Overall this is a great space. The location on the beach is wonderful and the parking just below is perfect. Elevators were available timely. The condo seemed clean although we realized the floors were not clean as our feet became dirty from walking around. This condo could use some updates. Mattresses in both guest rooms not comfortable and overall the decor is dated but beachy. The sheets were ok, not great. And no pillowcases for the extra pillows. One problem we had: we didn’t receive an email to register for parking and faced a boot and $100 fine. Thankfully we inquired and avoided that nightmare. Balcony is great w nice furniture. Trash shoot is conveniently located.

Spring Break 2022
The view was amazing! Living room furniture could use some refreshing. Our sheets in the master were very scratchy. Again view was amazing which was what we wanted, a view. Beach is gorgeous. We are not sure if we’d stay in Panama City again, lots of construction right now. But if you want a place with a view with sleeping for 6, this condo worked out great.

Family vacation
This property was perfect for our family of seven. There was plenty of space so we weren't piled on top of each other. The view from the balcony was perfect. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay. It was peaceful. The beach was never too crowded. There was plenty of parking. There's three elevators and we never had to wait for one. There are stores close by and even the ones that aren't within walking distance aren't too far. We would definitely book here again.

Quiet part of beach!
Beaches were not very crowded, easy access to Pier Park, great views of ocean from balcony. The condo was very clean when entering. We had 6 people ages 12-40 and we all enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!
Was a graduation gift four 4 ,18 year old heading off to college. Six stayed had plenty of room. 3bed 3bath. Beautiful rooms and very ample kitchen and living room. Balcony was great with 2 tables and plenty chairs. Had come with washer dryer. Had 3 body boards for ocean fun. 3 elevators that we=e very fast and never had to wait.. with parking right under the resort.. so close to everything.. 1 mile to Pier Park. Walk to CVS and Winn Dixie. Very clean. Just remember to bring own beach towels. Loved it. Everyone in property moment were so helpful. Thank you all.

Great place for your beach trip
Loved this property. It’s on a quieter end of town which was great for the beach (not as busy). It does make for longer drive times to some restaurants, but it was manageable. Only issue with cleanliness was some mold in one shower, but that was solved with $3 Walmart purchase of mold and mildew cleaner(which we left as a donation). Layout was great, balcony is perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
