This unit is on the 22nd floor of Calypso Tower 3 on the north side of Front Beach Rd. Ditch the pitch-black nighttime ocean view and stay with us! This condo has a beautiful view of the emerald waters on the gulf coast and spectacular sunsets.
Seasonal firework displays launched at the pier can be seen from the balcony and pool deck.
We have one private bedroom with a connected full bath and walk in closet while the other full bath is in the hallway and accessible by guests staying on the queen sleeper sofa. A washer and dryer are in the unit and available for use by guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials. This condo is great for a couples' getaway, girls' weekend, or a small family vacation at the beach.
Guests are welcome to enjoy Calypso amenities year-round: seasonally heated resort pool with zero entry on one side, hot tub, fitness area, bonfire pit and hangout area.
The Tiki hut and Emerald Hub food bistro are accessible from the pool deck and the exterior of the premises.
Private Cabanas at the pool can be reserved for an additional fee at the Panhandle Getaways office on the north side of the pool deck, near the gym.
Hours of operation for all of the above are subject to change with or without notice due to seasonal operations, inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, and/or other, etc.

We are a short stroll to the beach, pier, shopping, dining and entertainment district at Pier Park.
Pier Park for shopping, dining and entertainment is a short walk away from Calypso Tower 3. Because of our close proximity to everything, you can enjoy your vacation without a car. We are located approximately 20 minutes South of the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP). Uber/Lyft are authorized to pick up at the airport and drive you to your destination.
Door Dash, Grub Hub and Uber Eats can be utilized for any of your food and personal shopping needs. Starbucks, Target and Walmart are at the north side of Pier Park and walkable for those inclined to do so.
Centrally located on the Panhandle - we are approximately 20 minutes East of Rosemary Beach on Scenic 30A and 20 minutes West of St Andrew's Bay & State Park and the Shell Island Ferry launch.
Must be Age 25+ to book per Condo Association rules & regulations.
Discounted rates apply for length of stay reservations, year-round, as follows:
7 nights = 12%; 14 nights = 15%; 21 nights = 18%; 28 nights = 20%.

Dedicated beach access is available via the air-conditioned skywalk on the 3rd floor of the parking structure connecting Tower 3, to Towers 1&2. You’ll be enjoying the sugary white sands of PCB in no time!
Only ONE (1) vehicle pass for the parking structure is authorized per unit, per reservation. Arrangements for additional vehicles are the sole responsibility of the registered guest (s) and are subject to off-site parking fees, rules & regulations unrelated to the owner of this condo and/or Calypso Resort.
Armbands are required for your stay and included in your reservation. Only registered guests of Calypso Tower 3 are permitted to use the amenities.
Calypso Tower 3 consists of privately and independently owned condos that are often used for vacation rentals. We do not have oversight or control of adjacent units, including their guests. Calypso Tower 3 does not provide onsite front-desk service, room service, concierge, daily housekeeping or valet parking. All questions or concerns should be routed to your host. The front desk at Calypso Tower 1&2 is available 24/7 for general questions unrelated to your unit or reservation.
Max 4 guests - strictly enforced by city code.
Minimum age requirement - 25+ to book
No third-party bookings (persons who do not intend to stay cannot book for someone else).
No smoking or vaping in condo, pool, or community areas. Smoking odor inside the unit will result in additional fees. No open flames such as lit candles inside unit or bbq grills on balconies.
All guests (age 5+) must wear armbands on Calypso property.
No pets allowed - enforced by Calypso Management.
Please do not leave children unsupervised on the balcony or inside the condo.
The balcony door should REMAIN CLOSED both for safety and to prevent the Air Conditioning unit from freezing up. If the door is open for extended periods of time, the thermostat will auto adjust the temperature inside the condo until the door closes and remains shut before re-adjusting to previous lower temp.
Spitting or throwing items from a balcony is a felony charge in the state of Florida. Calypso Management reserves the right to alert law enforcement of any such violations and can result in immediate termination of your stay.
