9 days of heaven
Everything was so clean and nice! The bed was wonderful and the big bathtubs were wonderful! Ethanne was such a a great host. We highly recommend this condo!! We will be back next year!!♥️ condominium condominium

Best experience
Property owner is super friendly and great with communication and quick response. We have visited PCB about 10 times. Check in process was the smoothest it has ever been and the condo had everything we needed for the kitchen and the beach! Also had extra pillows, blankets and towels which was super nice! We would definitely return to the same condo! Great location- easy walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Emerald Beach is our favorite place to stay!

The perfect location!
The property itself is great! You can not beat the location and the views! The host was great and her communication was great. We would stay there again! The only negative I can think of is when you leave in the morning you have to wash and put the bed sheets in the dryer. We wanted to get up right away and hit the road but having to wait on the washer to get done held us up. Again, I would 100% recommend staying here! Great place and great host!

Mother/Daughter weekend getaway
This unit is perfect. I do not have any complaints. The host is easy to reach and responds promptly. Navigating the property can be confusing at first but after a time or two it’s simple. I will definitely rent again.

Great week
Wonderful view of the beach from the 14th floor balcony. Very nice to step out the door and right on to the beach. Also within walking distance to to restaurants and shopping. Great communications with the owner, we had everything we needed to make it a stress free vacation.

PCB GETAWAY
Great location , 1 mile from Pier Park, love staying on upper floors, the view was wonderful, the balcony was spacious and private. The condo is not fancy or decorated beautifully, but has everything you need for a great vacation, condo was clean and the elevators are very fast. Ethann was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. I Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Amazing view and comfortable stay
The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was very nice for the kids to have a bathroom of their own and the bunks were perfect for them, 10 and 12. The elevators get a little busy at checkin but aren’t too bad the rest of the day/trip. The view doesn’t get any better than this and the beach access is very convenient. The owners are helpful, responsive and very friendly!

Great location and experience
The condo was nice and clean and we had a overall great experience! The owner of the condo communicated great and really made sure we had a awesome stay! The elevators are a long wait at times but it is worth it! The view of the ocean is fantastic! I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Not what I expected
Furniture was not up to power. Air never got below 76 degrees even though we had it on 70 and did not keep balcony door open and closed the curtains during the day while we were at the beach or out of the condo.mattress had hump in the middle of bed. I've been coming to PCB for 30 years never have I had to wash sheets or towels. Why am I paying a cleaning fee? Elevators were down first 2 days we were there or some of them or escalators. My husband is 65 and has a heart attack would of been nice to know .

Very disappointed in this review. We are very proud of our condo and very very rare to get a review that guests were unhappy. Don’t know what to say about furniture/bed comments. In the 10 years we have owned it I bet not 2-3 comments about furniture/bed. I couldn’t figure out why in the world you would not have contacted me about an issue with the air conditioner until I went back and looked at my cleaning lady’s texts from the day you left. I’m sure you didn’t want anybody to see the crappy/dirty way you were living in our condo. I have pictures and texts that I can send to you or any potential guest reading this, (I was charged extra for cleaning and could have passed that charge on to you and did not). When my cleaner told me something was wrong with air conditioner I had the repair company there within hours. It was a very simple fix, plugged drain. Yes I ask guests to wash either towels or sheets and throw in dryer, it’s on my listing and the agreement you signed so not a surprise for you, you could have picked another condo to rent. There are 8 elevators in the building, you make it sound like all the elevators were not working, that is not the fact. Like every building on the beach they go down off and on all year long. There is an elevator in the same area as the escalators, I have never heard of both being down at the same time. I looked back at our texts. We texted when you arrived and couldn’t get into the parking garage. The code was in the documents I sent and you found it. The next texts were when you were leaving. I have screen shots of those conversations as well and can provide for any guests reading this.

Don't hesitate-BOOK IT!
I loved everything about this place. The communication with the owner, the friendliness of the people, the location and the condo itself was exactly as described. It was super clean and very comfortable. Although we were on the 14th floor, the elevators moved quickly so there was no issue. All instructions were laid out for us so there was no need to contact the owner with any additional questions. I will most certainly stay in this exact unit again!

Perfect Getaway
I could'nt of asked for a better location, condo, owner and location. The view is absolutely beautiful. If its cool you can sit on balcony and get all the sun you want. The place was spotless and well stocked with starter needs. The owner was great, available, and friendly. This place is beyond any expectation I could inagine.

Ethann is very responsive, was on top of providing info ahead of our arrival, and super friendly!! The good: GREAT condo with beautiful views, walking distance to convenient store, restaurant, coffee, gift shops, and entertainment. The ehh: Not knowing specifically where to park and access the building was a hassle, the ceiling fan in the bedroom doesn't have a pull to turn lights off so you can't sleep with the fan on unless you can sleep with the lights on. Great experience, great location, EXCELLENT balcony, beach chairs are provided, and great host! The minor inconveniences are far outweighed by all the positives!

The unit was very nice and clean and a very responsive owner.
Very nice place to stay, no restaurant but do have a Starbucks Also, the pool bar hours are very hit and miss and there are really fast elevators.

Property summary
The condo was nice and clean. No complaints but one suggestion is to change the shower liners. They were long so they were a little molded at the ends. Other than that, we really had a good time, it was just too short.

This property is gorgeous and very clean. The breathtaking view through giant sliding doors was one of our favorite things about this place. Communication was wonderful, the resort/pool/amenities were fabulous. Would highly recommend staying here!

First and foremost I’ve never had such a great owner to communicate with! She was absolutely the most responsive to any questions or needs that we had before and during our stay! We have stayed at emerald beach resort for the last 4 years and she made sure any need that we had was met! I would of course rent from this owner again!

Excellent view, but no good rules
Excellent view. Only concern was after the booking we were informed that we have to wash all the towels after use and remove all the bed sheets to be washed. We didn't agree because we paid the cleaning fee. So we decided to bring our own stuff. But the apartment is good and the view is wonderful.

Anniversary Trip
Perfect location. So close to everything. A mile from Pier Park. Everything was just as explained. Check in was very easy. The unit was very clean. Ethann was very responsive and super nice! Would definitely come back!

Great Location
First off the location was perfect! There are plenty of restaurants and things to do within a very close proximity to the condo. The only downfall to the unit, which isn’t a huge deal if you aren’t spending a lot of time in the unit (which due to weather we unfortunately had to spend more time in the unit then desired). The furniture wasn’t as comfortable as I expected and the towels provided weren’t very nice. I definitely would have to bring my own next time. They do require you to wash and dry before you leave the unit, which again isn’t a big deal but check out is at 9 AM. So that leaves you getting up early to do laundry. Other that that the unit was nice and the views were great for your morning coffee from Starbucks which is in the resort itself :)

So glad you enjoyed your stay. Too bad about weather… I understand the couch is not the most comfortable, I agree as we lived in another of our condos for 8 months after Hurricane Michael. It is a commercial sleeper sofa, bought for durability. I I’m thinking the towel issue is because they all have to be dry by the next guests so can’t be big and fluffy, but I’ll take a look. Great location and 14th floor balcony. on Panama City Beach
We really enjoyed our stay. All was as seen on VRBO website. Close to restaurants and the balcony overlooks ocean and the beautiful beach. Having 2 full baths was great and in unit stackable washer and dryer was very convenient.

I had the pleasure of staying thirty two nights. I could not have asked for any better of an experience. Not only did the accommodations exceed my expectations but I meet some amazing residents. Throughout my visit I was also always warmly greeted by employees. Being a 83 year old traveling alone my family back home appreciated knowing I had wonderful accommodations and individuals who warmly welcomed me. A few of who I exchanged phone numbers with and took a couple day trips with. Unfortunately it’s back to the cold Indiana weather ! But I plan to rent again. I will truly miss the view and great location.

Cleanest condo we’ve ever rented
The condo was perfect for us. The view was AMAZING! Ethann was so easy to work with and responded quickly. This is by far the cleanest beach condo we have ever stayed in. Kudos to your cleaning ladies! They are obviously doing a fantastic job. (I am a germaphobe and always have lysol wipes and spray when we go on vacation so i can clean before we stay. i did not see the need to do so in this condo. so for me to think it’s exceptionally clean is major).

Nice stay but could use updated furniture
We liked this condo and the owner was very nice and responsive to a plumbing issue. The only comment I would make is that the living room furniture could use some updating. Sitting in this area was not very comfy and I was ready to head home by the end of our stay. The balcony furniture could use a chaise lounge also. Other than that, everything was great.
