NOTICE OF ONGOING PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS: Please note that C/Sharpe will return this fall to complete the deck coatings on the elevator landings. This work is scheduled for August 19 – 21, with August 26 – 28 reserved as backup dates in the event of weather delays. Elevator access will be unavailable during this time, as well as no access to trash chutes on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. Please contact the local office with any questions or concerns.

Within walking distance of this condo, you can explore a plethora of boutiques, cafes, and restaurants right across the street at The Merchants of Seacrest Beach. Take a drive up the coast to the famous Pier Park. Here you will be able to shop at all of your favorite stores and experience the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach. If there are a few golfers in the group, they will be pleased to know that Camp Creek Golf Club is just two miles away as well. Bike rentals are conveniently included in your rental, so grab a few cruisers and explore the coast for yourself. You are sure to find some hidden gems of your own.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
