Fun Family Vacation
The house was perfect for our large family. We could spend time together, but still had plenty of room to spread out. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything. It was just a short walk to the beach, and the kids all loved the swim spa. We are already talking about our next trip and are hoping to stay here again next year!

My only complain will be that the backyard will be better, it need grass, all the other patios are more beautiful, the Hot Tube was great, but it need grass around All other was amazing Thank you

Family of 8 vacation
House accommodated all our needs very well. Very nice to have so many bedrooms & baths. Negatives: cleanliness of the house wasn't the best and out side grounds weren't "tidy". Found numerous cigarette butts all around along with bottle tops in the back yard. If taking pets, check the fence. There were several areas of the fence missing boards or have large enough gaps for smaller pets to get through. I had to get creative to block areas off.

Amazing
House was gorgeous. Very close to beach and shopping. Make sure to bring your own pots and pans as there is not much to choose from here. Other than that, this was an amazing place and I would stay here again.

Excellent property with even more potential
We had some issues with the internet and the swim spa at check it but the associates from Book That Condo were excellent to work with and had the issues handled in a timely manner. The house could use some updated landscaping. We had to purchased some small rugs for inside the front and back door so the sand would not be tracked in. Once the swim spa was drained and refilled, in which I cleaned and refilled, it was spectacular to relax in. No place to hang towels in the lower master bath but this was taken care of with a couple hooks I purchased for over the shower stall. Outdoor patio furniture needs updated and the front door needs a blind and should be replaced because the inner seal is bad and you can't clean it. The door also needs to have a new seal. Side by side refrigerator/freezer really beat up and very noisy but worked well. Overall a great stay and I would stay here again. Excellent accommodation's and close to the beach and restaurants. A very quite neighborhood. Jim
