Welcome to this beautifully remodeled vintage coastal cottage with a heated pool that is nestled in the enclave of Laguna Beach. This adorable home is the perfect getaway for you and the family! Its location makes it easy for you to experience all the Emerald Coast has to offer.

Get ready to sink your toes into soft sands and feel the Gulf breeze on your sun-kissed skin. Unwind at this adorable Laguana Beach Coastal Cottage. Every aspect of this home has been redone and decorated to breathe new life into this vintage cottage. While the home is equipped to host 7, we think the perfect group size is 4-5. We're happy to host all 7, but keep in mind it will be a little cozier.

Between the pool, beds, sofas, chairs and porch there are plenty of places to relax and enjoy. The home features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout for that clean look and feel. There are 3 bedrooms 1 full bathroom with jetted tub & separate private outdoor shower.

Equipped with 2 padded Adirondack chairs that are perfect for that morning coffee while taking in the neighborhood and listening for waves.

Living Room-
TV w/ Roku. Netflix and other premium stream apps are available for use with your login. 3 Person Couch, Leather swivel reclining chair, 2 Wicker chairs w/ cushions & a coffee table. New farmhouse credenza for style and storage.

Master Bedroom: When it is time to count sheep you will sleep well knowing there are blackout curtains and a 14 King Memory Foam Bed and luxury cotton sheets. The master suite is also equipped with a flat-screen TV w/ Roku. Netflix and other premium stream apps are available for use with your login. Enjoy your very own private view and entrance to the pool thru the french doors. Two tasteful dressers are available to round out the space for all your personal belongings and storage. A sound machine and nightstands are included in the space to ensure you get the rest and relaxation you deserve.

Second Bedroom: Welcome to the second bedroom with a custom shiplap headboard, 14 luxury Queen Memory Foam mattresses, and luxury cotton sheets. Thoughtful corner shelves and a dresser for storage and personal belongings. A flat-screen TV with Roku. Netflix and other premium stream apps are available for use with your login.

Third Bedroom: Solid wood Bunk beds w/ ladder- Comfortable double mattress on the bottom and Twin on the top which is perfect for the kids. Another dresser for storage and personal belongings rounds out this space.

Backyard/Pool Area
The outdoor space is the shining star of this property. It features an in-ground pool that can entertain the whole family for hours. The pool area features ample seating for relaxing while sipping your favorite cold beverage. An umbrella will help shade you from the afternoon sun. Cook your favorite meal on the charcoal grill. You can also enjoy a game of cornhole with family and friends by the pool. (There are located under the king bed.) There may some neighborhood tree debris in the pool from time to time. A pool skimmer is provided if you feel the need to clean in between weekly pool company cleans. Equipped with a gas heater--can quickly warm the pool even on the chilliest FL days. Roughly 20 x 10 ft and a depth of 10 ft. While looking for other places to stay, make sure to ask the other hosts if their heater is electric or gas. A electric pool heater may not do the job and takes a while to heat up the pool. Our pool can be heated for and additional $45 per day. Please let us know before booking if you would like to have the pool heated for your stay.

Outdoor Shower-
Very refreshing! If you have not showered outside you are missing out. It is a different experience. Great for rinsing off after a day at the beach and pool.

If the previous guests damages the cornhole or the beach cart prior to your check and we cannot guarantee that it would be operational for your stay. We will do our best to accommodate in the event this happens.
