Inside, this tropical condo boasts a well-equipped open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area together. The living room boasts a sofa, a loveseat, and a flatscreen TV with cable, offering a great spot for relaxation after a fun and sun-filled day at the beach. The newly renovated and updated kitchen comes fully equipped for your cooking pleasure. Coffee lovers will have a Keurig and old-school drip available. When chowtime comes, this condo has a table with four chairs and three stools for counter dining.

Outdoor entertainment can be achieved as well! There is a covered front patio with chairs and guests will be granted access to a shared outdoor pool, tennis court, and sauna!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Awesome Pkace!
House was very comfy, and every bit as nice as the listing portrayed! Roughly 100 yard walk to the beach was very convenient! Check in & out process was seamless! 10/10 would recommend!

Managed by 3rd Party
Check-in was awful and left me in tears and without a room for hours. This property is managed by VACASA, which I did not know and was not stated in the property description when I booked. I booked through VRBO and did not look for a third party email with a room code (the VRBO app stated "access not yet granted"). After local neighbors (who said they run into this) helped me, we figured it out. The code that VACASA sent did not work and with the local neighbors help VACASA provided me an update over the phone. It would be nice to have a phone number of someone who is local to call for help. We wasted hours on check-in day dealing with problems, so that was disappointing and cost time/money associated with the rental. That being said, once we got into the condo it was as described. Delores was responsive through the VRBO app (the phone number on the listing is disconnected / email address was associated with a full inbox, so use the app only). The location is just across the street from the beach and has easy access. It was nice and I would recommend. It is very important to remember that details come from VACASA (not the property owner or VRBO) and they do not show up in the VRBO app where the trip is managed.

Perfect Location
This was a great place to stay! Literally across the street from the beach and walking distance to A few local shops and eateries. We were there for my son’s baseball tournament and it was perfect for us. The only downside was the pool and tennis area. The pool looked dirty and the area around it as well. The tennis courts are not usable. Neither of the negatives reflect any on the owner or the condo itself. I would definitely like to make this a yearly vacation destination!

Not very clean, every cabinet messy, flushing mechanism in toilet not working, to much clutter
After a nine hour drive we arrived at 2:45 pm, we did not get in to the unit until 5:00pm. Upon arrival a woman from across the way confronted us requesting an item here daughter had left the week prior. We told her the code we had for the door did not work she informed us that someone had come and changed the lock on the door a few days prior. Our confirmation paperwork had 2 different check in hours the original said 3pm then just before we went to go on vacation we received a final confirmation said 4pm. We tried the 2 contact phone numbers we had with no success. We did not receive a call back from either one of those phone numbers either. After30 minutes or so and discussing our situation between my husband and I the curious upstairs tenant came down and had the owner on the phone. The owner stated she would contact her daughter who she had given control of the unit and get back to us. After a while she got back with us to say she needed to call the rental company to find out the code. The rental company contacted us and verified who we were and then we got access to the unit. That was almost 2 hours after we had arrived. Their is very little counter space because it is filled with an over sized misplaced microwave oven, 2 coffee makers, a toaster and clutter. Dust bunnies in the sheers on front windows and I don't believe the cleaners sweep under the couch. A large artificial tree with more leaves on the floor then on the tree. The closet in bedroom full of clutter, lounge chairs, dinning room chairs, a shelving unit a vacuum cleaner that was full of dirt and hair and I mean FULL. You really couldn't tell with all that clutter, there was no room for our clothes to be hung up. All the counters space was full of nick knacks and this and thats. The toilet flushing mechanism where the water refills in the tank pops off and it takes forever for the tank to refill. The DVD player did not work nor did the remote have batteries. There were 5 tv remotes in a pile that you had to figure out what they operated. The unit was not located in the area presented in the advertisement. VERY DISSATISFIED it WAS NOT WORTH $200.00 a day which is what we paid.

No worry stay
Every moment we were at this condo we felt safe, secure and comfortable. Nicely furnished and included all the necessities. We have actually formed a bond with Southwind and it feels like home. It was wonderful dealing with such a nice owner! I plan on always staying at this property when I visit Florida, hopefully at unit K2 if available.

Perfect spot!
Great time! So easy to get to the beach. Convenient to restaurants, grocery store, and more. Also the condo has everything you need. Small things like extra hangers in the closet, 2 types of coffee makers, plenty of bath and kitchen towels were greatly appreciated. We will likely stay again!

Great location.
The condo was accurately depicted on VRBO. The space was great for just two of us. The kitchen is supplied nicely for some light cooking and location and access to the beach was great. There was significant construction being done on and around the property that added some minor inconveniences to our week but once completed shouldn't be a problem for future travelers.

Weekend Getaway
My husband and I were looking for a quiet place for a weekend getaway. We loved this little property and the area around this property. The beach was not very crowded even on a holiday weekend (Labor Day). Even though it is across the street from the beach, the walk isn't far at all. We would definitely come back again to this condo, if we head back to Panama City Beach!

Amazing Stay!!
We had such a great time at K2. The location was very close to the beach and was very clean inside. There was construction still going on, but they didn’t bother us at all! We loved the pool and it was clean as well. 10/10

Little piece of paradise
Great stay once again. Only downfall was construction going on. Inside definitely clean as usual. This was my 4th stay of many to come. Beach access is the best!! Literally steps away from the condo. Great location for a relaxing get away. I definitely recommend staying here.

This property was very clean and up to date with all supplies needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of GOOD cooking utensils. This location was directly across from the beach so beach access was simple and easy! Great restaurants within walking distance!

Beach and Rest
The condo was very comfortable and relaxing. It is right across from the ocean which was very nice. There was construction going on in the complex due to the hurricane from last year, but the condo itself was in good shape and clean. My daughter and I were able to relax when we wanted to during the weekend. There are many places to eat and shop around the area if you need things. We ate out a couple of times, but it was nice to make breakfast in the morning before going out. There were beach towels and beach chairs that were available for us to use and take to the beach. When you fly in, you can't bring these things, and you don't want to buy them since you can't take them back on the plane. So, it was nice to have those available to use. It was also nice to cool off in the condo after being out on the beach with the hot sun. It was a good place to enjoy the beach and relax. :)

Terrific place to stay!
We were scheduled to stay all month but we went home to be with our close friends for a couple of days, during the month. We came back and really enjoyed the rest of our stay, going to the beach and relaxing! Would have loved to stay longer! Love the community togetherness, like a small village!

Our condo was lovely. The entire facility needs updating.
Upon arrival, our condo owner kindly provided a lit "candle" and a very nice anniversary card, as that was the reason for our stay at the beach. So nice of her! The condo was updated, the furniture was very nice, the living room was decorated very nicely, and the redone kitchen was extremely nice. Beautiful bathroom, lots of nice towels. A pleasure. The bedroom was wonderful. The bed slept beautifully-must have been new mattresses. All in all, we would definitely stay in that particular condo unit again. Our experience was wonderful!!! We chose the condo based on pictures on VRBO, and upon entering, we were amazed that the appearance was even better! Pleasantly surprised and totally recommend!
