NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION!! Property wide construction starting Oct. 14, 2024, estimated completion date is June 6, 2025. Construction will be very loud at times throughout the project, including grinding, hammering, etc. Balconies will be inaccessible at various times during the project, balcony furniture will be placed in units when balcony work is being done. There will be periods when the units will be blocked from rental for some portions of the work. Schedules for project stages will change, pending weather. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is so close (just a mile and a half away) and offers tons of awesome things to do at places like Campbell Lake where you can canoe, kayak, and paddleboard. You'll also find plenty of saltwater fish like pompano, Spanish mackerel, and redfish along the Gulf waterline. Be sure to keep an eye out for whitetail deer and watch the dolphins and shorebirds playing along the shoreline.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
