Welcome to our Penthouse Oasis! Located on the top floor of Emerald Isle Resort with panoramic views, it’s just steps away from the sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your balcony! Newly remodeled with tasteful coastal decor for the 2020 season, you will enjoy the included front row beach chairs with umbrella. Just bring your beach towels and sunscreen!

This vacation oasis is located on the west end of Panama City Beach close to the restaurants, shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, the sports complex at Frank Brown Park, nature hiking at Conservation Park and the many special events and concerts at Aaron Bessant Park. For the Fourth of July, Pirates Fest, Mardi Gras and all the other PCB celebrations, you can watch the fireworks from your oversized balcony. Your balcony has two chaise lounges, a two-person glider and a dining table with four chairs.

Inside, both bedrooms have king size beds and adjoining full bathrooms. A queen size sofa bed is in the living room. Both the master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Flat screen TVs are in every room and free cable TV and internet service are included. The fully equipped kitchen has a crock pot and both a coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool, outdoor pool, large hot tub and an exercise room with an ocean view. Stainless steel barbecue grills are located at the pool pavilion.

Absolutely amazing
My husband and I decided to get away for 4 nights to take a breath of fresh air away from stress and work life. This condo did so much for us it was so peaceful and CLEAN! I’ve never been in a condo so clean. All the restaurants didn’t have any waits due to off season. We will be back sooner than later w the kids MAYBE HAHAH

This condo is clean and comfortable with several little extras that make a big difference. The balcony is spacious with ample seating. The elevators are quick. Comfortable sofas and beds with extra blankets. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay over 4th of July weekend (road trip from Atlanta). Beautiful view from the bedroom/living room. Everything, from apartment access to parking, was straightforward and simple. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Great communication with quick response from Helen Phillips she was great to work with throughout my two month stay. Condo was clean the view from the 23rd floor balcony was fantastic and of course all the kitchen utilities you needed were provided. Plan on coming back next year.

Fall getaway
My husband and I had a wonderful week in PCB. This unit has a spectacular view from the 23rd floor, saw dolphins daily as well as occasional turtles and one day actually saw a bald eagle fly right over our balcony! There were a few items that seemed to have escaped the housekeeping service in the kitchen so had to wash a few things first. The mattress in the main bedroom was a little difficult for two people to sleep on. Even the slightest movement made the whole bed bounce so if you are a restless sleeper you may have trouble not waking your partner. That being said, it still had everything else you could need and the view is unbeatable. The owner was easy to communicate with and made check in and check out simple and stress free.

Perfect Florida Beach Vacation
We had a fantastic visit over the Labor Day holiday. We wanted one last beach vacation to end out the summer of 2022. This Vrbo did not disappoint. The views are stunning, the beach is one of the best in the world, and the vacation rental was everything we could have hoped for. Getting a parking pass and property wrist bands was a breeze. We were able to park on the first floor most of the time. And the beach chair access was perfect. We spent many hours lounging in the chairs. We are looking forward to making a return trip next year.

The Balcony
The Balcony does not disappoint. This unit has a large well equipped balcony. The unit was also well equipped in the kitchen. It was also clean. It could have used some minor maintenance, like lubing squeaky hinges, but nothing that really affected our stay. The free beach chairs and umbrella were nice, the day we used them.

Emerald Isle Condo
The condo was nice and clean. We really liked the balcony and the patio furniture. It had enough room for all of us and more if needed. We did not like the parking fee of $30 per vehicle ( we had 2) after the amount we paid for the condo. Plus the condo facility deck was terrible and we had to park across the street. Overall our stay was good. (We really liked having 2beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach.)

Lovely Condo
All was wonderful. Beautiful view. Elevators to the top floor no issues with waiting. Used the grills at pool a couple times and they were great. Condo was clean and had everything to make for a great trip!

Perfect area for families!
The location of this property was perfect for a nice, quiet family vacation. Condo was clean and sufficient and as described. I would not call it the PENTHOUSE as it was an average nice beach condo. Balcony is huge. On top floor(23rd). Four elevators and all were fast. Parking on location or garage across the street. Beach chairs and included umbrella will always be a choice from the back row but nice to have. Beach was not crowded at all. Can’t say enough about the location! Will book again.

The condo was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be coming back. For us, the elevators were a plus. They were clean and fast, we never had to wait long at all. Property was in a perfect location, close to Pier Park but out of the crowd.

No ice maker or tv in master
We were disappointed when we arrived to learn that the ice maker wasn’t working. When we called the condo manager she said they were having trouble getting parts to fix it. She said to go downstairs to buy ice from the ice machine on the ground floor. It was out of order! She did have housekeeping drop off a dozen ice cube trays that we used but it was a little inconvenient. Also, we were unhappy with the “free” beach chairs. They didn’t start setting them up until 8 and to get one they told you to get their early to put your towel on one to reserve it! One morning it was 10:30 before we got our umbrella put up. And one day we didn’t get chairs put up at all because the guy was sick and no one else put them up. For the money we paid for this condo I guess I expected an exceptional stay but feel like it didn’t match our expectations.

Really nice condo...a must see and enjoy while there...St. Andrews park and ask for directions to the kiddie pool. It is a big stretch of beach where the water is crystal clear like a huge swimming pool!

Perfect Vacation
We enjoyed everything about this condo. The view from the huge balcony is amazing. Helen was great. She was quick to respond and offer help. The condo was very clean and stocked with all the necessities. Beds were comfortable. Elevators were fast with little wait. Great restaurants nearby. The beach was not too crowded. We also enjoyed the chairs and umbrella rental included with the room. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Another wonderful vacation at Emerald Isle
The condo 2308 was so wonderful.I have stayed at the Emerald Isle many times and it still a great family place to enjoy a vacation.The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed..The only draw back was not a designated parking space in the garage area and the $30 fee to park.I have always enjoyed a designated spot .The beach service was wonderful.pools very clean.Look forward to going back again

Breathtaking View
The unit is lovely and the furnishings are comfortable. The view is breathtaking and we enjoyed the balcony and its furnishings. Helen responded immediately and with professionalism when we had a concern. She is a rock star! We do have a few suggestions: -the bed needs a mattress pad, it was impossible to keep the sheets on the bed from simply turning over which led to wrestling sheets all night. -the pillows on the bed are flat and hard, maybe this is a goldilocks issue as we all have different preferences but I'm feeling this is not appealing to most -the basic cable package provided was very disappointing, if the T.V. were HD or a smart T.V. we could have used our Netflix account or Roku. As it was, we couldn't even get the weather channel. We enjoyed our stay but these little things would have made it A++

Great View
I booked this property because I know how HUGE the balconies are at this resort. This was the first time staying on the top 23rd floor at this resort which I loved and the view was awesome! The condo had everything we needed for our week stay and was basically clean. I will stay at this RESORT again but not in this particular Unit until the owner purchases new mattresses (which the manager told me new mattresses are on the way.) I also would like to suggest that the owner change the shower liners - ours were paper thin with mildew stains. The manager was great with communication with us. (Thanks Helen.)

Amazing view Great Room
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Was very pleased with the room itself. Beds were comfortable even the pull out couch was comfy. The only thing that I saw could be added is an indoor lock on the door. If you have small children there is no door lock on the inside and the little ones can just open the door and go out. The elevators were extremely fast even getting to the very top floors. Property owner was great and responds fast with any questions or concerns. The only deal breakers to this property (to no fault of the owner) is the parking and the workers attitudes. You have to pay to park and when you go to park and cannot find a spot you have to back all the way out of the parking deck. Also, if you end up having to park across the street the walkway has steep steps. As far as the workers, they are not the friendliest of service we have had. The guys providing the beach chair service are rude and kind of lazy. We had to wait till noon for them to put out chairs.
