Prominence is 30A's newest vacation destination boasting resort style pools, private cabanas, hammocks, outdoor dining pavilions (With grills!), and bathhouses. A short walk across 30A, residents enjoy access to 'The Hub' which features restaurants, boutique shops, and The Prominence event pavilion with weekly concerts and movie nights! Prominence is sure to provide an unforgettable vacation experience for the whole family.

Recently built and tastefully decorated with a coastal ambiance, this two-story luxury town home offers a carefree and relaxing atmosphere for your coastal escape! Just minutes from Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach, Prominence is located between all the best of 30A!

'Anchor for the Soul' will be your family's go to vacation spot year after year! Conveniently located on the first floor is a powder room and laundry room. Upstairs, adjacent to one another is the guest bedroom and second master bedroom. These bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master suite features a private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature granite counter-tops, Moen fixtures, and raised height vanities.

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairy tale like scene against some of the country's most beautiful beaches. Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the street legal Golf Cart, complementary tram (seasonal) or bikes! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:

Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.

Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (approx. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.

Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. 
 
Community Pool:
The Town of Prominence offers a 2 large resort style community pools! The New Prominence South Pool is located just steps from Anchor for the Soul and features a stunning fire pit! The North Pool is over 5,000 sq ft and is just a short walk across 30A with cabanas, grills, and bathhouse!

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Anchor for the Soul' No exceptions will be made! Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing!! Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) is NOT permitted in 'Anchor for the Soul' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Prominence Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
