This third-floor condo boasts a sunny living room with comfortable sofas surrounding a smart TV with streaming services and cable. This is a great spot to come back home after spending the day at the pool or the beach. You may curl up on the sofa with a refreshing beverage and delicious snacks and stream a favorite movie or series on the TV. Speaking of savory treats, the kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up tasty meals and treats for the crew.
The primary bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, a smart TV, and access to the spacious balcony. The guest bedroom also features a smart TV for added entertainment.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
