This beachfront condo offers an open layout with the living room, dining area, and kitchen sharing one big space. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous blue cabinets and black countertops. Store your groceries and keep them fresh in the French door fridge, or treat yourself with a steamy cup of coffee each morning thanks to the coffee maker available. The kitchen also boasts a breakfast bar with four stools and a wet bar with a coffee station featuring a FlexBrew coffee maker.

The dinner table is located right by the kitchen and has enough space to seat six people comfortably, perfect for family meals. Then, gather around the TV and stream your favorite movies or series while snuggling up on one of the sofas available. The living room offers nothing but comfort and relaxation with comfortable furniture. Take in unparalleled views of the ocean and the beach from your private balcony - it features two wooden chairs and a high table with four stools. Prepare delicious cocktails using the blender and some snacks and experience an unforgettable time on the balcony while the sun sets in the distance.

The bedrooms available offer a TV each one, but only the main bedroom has direct access to the balcony and an ensuite full bathroom with two sinks and a tub/shower combo. The guests' bathroom also has a tub/shower combo. Book this coastal gem and enjoy the shared outdoor pool and fitness center.

Things to Know
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.
Pool construction in the East and West towers is occuring April through mid-May 2024. During this time, Calypso Tower 3 pool is available for guests staying in Towers 1 and 2.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 17.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved everything about our stay!! It is walking distance to so much and great location right on the beach! We wish the parking garage was not so hectic but overall a great stay! We would def come back! Loved that there were beach chairs and some sand toys! The kids and teens loved it all!

Great place! Parking was an obstacle to start the trip.
Everything about the place was as listed. We had a great experience there. The parking arrangement could be improved upon.. Prior to arrival I was supposed to receive an email with a link to purchase parking passes. I never received said email, so I had to speak with VRBO who reached out to the front desk. They ended up sending me the emailed parking pass link ($20 per vehicle). The parking pass required to be printed and placed in the vehicle, so I went to the front desk to ask them to print for me. All of this could have been avoided by sending the parking email originally, as the check-in email stated.

Home away from home
Parking and checking in were a breeze. The amenities provided were great, we had a couple of small issues - ice maker wasn't working, bit of a mess in a bedroom, both were addressed in a timely manner. Ice maker couldn't be repaired but it didn't ruin our trip. I have extremely high cleaning standards and I would say overall that rating would have been a 7 of 10. There were several sand toys and coolers, a boogie board, games, books and movies in the unit. It would have been hard for anyone to be bored. The view was amazing, nice quiet unit not near elevator or trash chute. Plenty of space and kitchen amenities. Appreciated the provided coffee and beginner toiletries. We had a great time and have already re-booked for next year!

Vacasa is the worst property management company I and 3 other adults have ever had the displeasure with experiencing. The condominiums are clearly over crowded, not enough carts, not enough parking, always an excuse and always a reason for why you can’t do something that’s pretty normal for a family of 6, (ex: 2 luggage carts per unit is too many?) that’s ridiculous, and we were told there wasn’t enough parking spaces for 3 passes, yet the 6th and 7th floor of the parking deck were vacant, the elevators are as slow and as hot as traffic on Front beach rd. We will not be back. The actual unit we stayed in was great, however it is unfortunate it is in such a poorly managed, poorly maintained, building.

Pretty good but could be great with a few improvements
3 night stay for myself, husband and kids. We would stay again, but possibly choose a larger condo. Pros…great location, tons of luggage carts for ease of packing and unpacking, great communication with Vacasa, Pretty view. Cons…master bedroom shower squeals when in use, fridge doesn’t not produce ice, one garbage bag is not enough, sofa needs replacing (sags and is dirty), no coffee table in living area, condo could have been cleaner, 3rd bedroom is tiny…doesn’t even have a closet…more like a smal office space. Overall, it was a good stay and I write this review being extremely picky as I stay in many Vrbo rentals. Why be good…when you can be great! A little tune up would be extremely helpful for this unit.

Nice place overall, some improvements needed
Stayed here with my family for 5 days this past week. Pros: The place is really cute. It's right on the beach not far from the pier so we basically had front row seats to the almost nightly fireworks show, which the kids (and adults) loved. The sunsets from the balcony were also amazing. The condo is also close to the "touristy" Pier Park area, with lots of shops, restaurants, and my kids' favorite, the ferris wheel. Cons: The unit is on the 17th floor. If you love heights, you should be fine. If you don't or are nervous about kids being up so high, this may not be the unit for you. Also, there are only 3 elevators servicing this wing of the condo, which has at least 21 or 22 floors. Some of the elevators went down a couple of times so it took a while to catch an elevator. The wait is even worse around check in/check out time. Add the wait for the elevator in the parking deck, which is accross the street, and you can spend a lot of time waiting for an elevator. The beach in this area is really crowded but there are less crowded areas if you walk down the beach a bit. As for the unit itself, both showers squealed LOUDLY while in use the entire trip. Also, both shower curtains looked like they were bleached by accident and put back up anyway. They certainly didn't go with the nice decor throughout the rest of the unit. Overall, I would give the unit 3 stars, mainly due to the logistics of getting in and out of the unit, not necessarily the unit itself. And if you're concerned about covid at all, this might not be your spot. People pack into the elevators and no one wears masks.
