"There were many ants in this property. It made keeping anything in the kitchen difficult. The property was clean and well maintained but the lack of dishwasher and laundry was difficult. "The home is very spacious and has everything you’d need, to include the little basics for cooking, bath, morning coffee, etc. it’s an open design with lots of room and numerous nooks for reading or relaxing. Great deck in the back yard, and beautiful roses and fruit trees out front. The neighborhood is less tony than Palo Alto proper, but the immediate cul de sac is nice and the location is really convenient to everything in the area. Perfect for what we needed, with plush beds for all! "

"This charming home is located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and secure. We easily traveled from the house to Stanford via Lyft daily. "We had a wonderful stay at the cottage while dropping our son off at Stanford. The property was extremely clean and Tracy was very responsive and accommodating. The location was fantastic in an upscale walkable neighborhood. We walked to downtown Palo Alto for coffee and meals every day. We will definitely stay again!"

"This bottom floor apartment was situated in a great neighborhood that is currently being re-gentrified. The apartment is an older building and had someone staying above us that was up all hours of the night. You can hear them walking around and my 89-year old mother wasn't comfortable being woken up. The communication was excellent by the Property Manager. Overall, this place is situated in perfect part of Palo Alto because my daughter works for a business one block away. "
