"The house met our needs. Floors are unlevel but that didnt bother us. Several boards were actually split and the floor felt weak in those areas. We were unable to turn on the heat in the double bedroom but we just used an extra blanket."

"Property was as described just lacking additional information. The property was just as pictured with the exception of access to the bedroom. The steps to the bedroom are very narrow and steep with a difficult landing at the top. Coming down the stairs takes some cautious negotiation as the railing does not go to the top of the stairs. "We chose this place for the proximity to where we were visiting and for its history. Trust the reviews commenting on the quirkiness and the crazy stairs. "This little property was literally the sweetest little stay. We drove through the night from Knoxville TN and the owners allowed us to check in early. Once we arrived the home was spotless and welcoming with the most precious little gifts. This home was beyond accommodating with plenty space, beds, linens, toys and games for the kids, and the big yard with a swing. We loved the quiet setting and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for sharing your home! "
