Everything we needed! Clean & comfortable, responsive host, restaurant in walking distance
Chris’s place hit the spot for our book club girls overnight. Cleanliness was excellent and host clearly anticipated guest needs and provided accordingly. Restaurant in walking distance was a bonus! Definitely recommend!

Spacious house with lots of nice touches
We are a family of 4 including two teenage kids and we enjoyed our stay at this spacious house. The owners of the house were very thoughtful and communicative as we prepared to visit, and included lots of nice touches like a smart TV with streaming apps, board games, a gas firepit in the back, coffee, creamers, local treats, and a nice washer and dryer. Every couch and bed in the house was comfortable, and the styling was clean and minimalist. We had a great time, and appreciated how kind the owners were. Plus, there's a fun restaurant right across the street in walking distance. It was our first time staying in Hershey, taking our daughter back to college after the holiday break, and we anticipate staying at this house again in the future.

Couldn't make the trip
Our band was performing at a wedding in the area, several hours from home, and we booked the rental as a place to stay before making the trek home the next morning. We got out sooner than we expected, and so went home that night, so we didn't avail ourselves of the rental. That said, the property looked great from the listing, and communication with Chris was excellent (including a recommendation for a local breakfast spot!), and we were unexpectedly refunded our cleaning fee immediately upon relaying our change in plans. Excellent service, and would rent again if playing in the area on some future occasion.

Friends' Getaway
This is the second time we have enjoyed staying at this house. It is quite comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The host is very kind and has always provided quick responses to booking and house entering and exiting information. We also really enjoyed Happy Hour and dinner at Rising Sun Bar & Kitchen which is a very short walk from the house.

Hershey Concert
The house was in a great proximity to Hersheypark, the Giant Center (concert venue), our two main places we were visiting, as well as so much more. Plenty of great dining options too! Chris had the crib and highchair set up and some of the boys' favorite toys too! Highly recommend!

Peefect location
Property was clean and very well stocked. It definitely felt like a home away from home. Chris was always very responsive and easy to contact. The accommodations are exactly what was needed for 4 people. It was supposed to be 5, but one person could not make it.

Just like home
This home was very clean. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us. Easy parking for 4 cars. Close to Hershey Park. I would recommend this home to everyone.

Hershey Haven
It was like staying with family, but the family wasn't home. So well appointed and clean. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, candies, soft toilet paper, laundry detergent, condiments... I could go on. We only stayed overnight, but we would definitely stay again.

Great location for Hershey Park visit
We recently stayed at this VRBO property for two nights and had an enjoyable experience overall. The location was particularly convenient for us as it was close to Hershey Park. One thing to note is that the road out front can be quite busy in the afternoon, making it a bit challenging to come and go. However, it was usually easy to find a break in traffic to pull out. The traffic was much lighter at night and in the mid-morning, which was a relief. The property itself is a duplex, with this VRBO rental encompassing half of the downstairs and the entire upstairs. A heads-up for those who may have difficulty with stairs: the stairs to the second floor are quite steep. Despite being an older house, it was very clean, which is important to me as I am quite particular about cleanliness. I noticed a few minor issues, but nothing that was concerning. The house has seen some recent renovations, including updates to the kitchen and bathrooms, which added to our comfort. Having visited Hershey annually for the past five years (excluding the COVID period), this is the first property I've stayed at that I would definitely consider using again. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend it to others.

Family visit to the park
Our group of 8 (4 adults + 4 children) stayed here during our visit to Hersheypark and we really enjoyed it! The home is conveniently located and well furnished with several thoughtful touches. Communication with the host was also very easy. Thank you, Chris!

Nice place and convenient to everything nearby.
Nicely updated house. Good size for 2 adults and 4 kids. Also had a lot of supplies that other rentals make you bring. Easy to get to the park and other things nearby. Walking distance to a restaurant, pizza place, and ice cream place. I would stay here again.

We had 7 people, the accommodations were very good. I am in a wheelchair and our hostess provided entry ramp as well as dimensions of rooms and hallways. the fridge did not make ice.

Hershey Park Family Getaway
Great communication with host from the time we made the reservations to the time we checked out. Greeted with some candy in a bowl which my kids loved! Freezer leaked water while we were there and stopped working. Contacted host immediately. Host came over to handle the problem and left a kind treat for us when we arrived home. We placed some left over ice cream in the freezer after host came fixed the water leak. We were unaware the freezer was not working properly and melted the ice cream. When informing host regarding this issue, he immediately offered to replace what we lost. He also thanked us for informing him so he can get it repaired. House is located on a main busy road which literally leads you straight down to Hershey Park within 15 minutes. House was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Front driveway is tight to pull into with a mini van due and front porch. Parking in back we found to be safer and easier with our kids. Will stay there again.
