The Wimpy Kids Book Series, Curious George, Castle Building Blocks, a Pack n' Play for Toddler sleeping, Toddler Chair Seat + Kid's Cups, plates, Kid's Utensils. You have thought of everything!! Even a protection Lock for the sliding door!
- Lots of Family Games (Giant Size Jenga, Family Feud, Say What you Mean), Old fashion Puzzles, Video's, Books + Magazines to read by the Pool!
- You helped us with suggestions on good restaurants, wonderful cheaper places to buy Groceries ( Detwiller's Fresh Market in Palmetto) and places to visit!
- Your Property manager is your sister and lives only 5 minutes away and she responds quickly to our texts!

The Pool is furnished to a very high standard to ensure all of our visitors fully enjoy that luxurious holiday feeling, but at a reasonable price. The Living Room has 2 Black Leather Couches (one is a Sofa Sleeper) with a 55" Panasonic Flat Screen TV with an Apple TV Box.
There are 3 bedrooms with each having it's own Smart TV with RoKu box. King bed in Master bedroom with 40” Samsung Smart TV + RoKu and en-suite bathroom. Queen in second bedroom with 32” Samsung Smart TV + RoKu. 2 twin beds in the third bedroom with 32” Samsung Smart TV + RoKu. The Master Bathroom features a garden tub with separate shower and dual sinks with birch wood vanity units. One of the living room couches is a hide-a-bed Queen Bed to increase the sleeping capacity to eight people for over night guests. Spacious eat in open plan kitchen, so the Chef can still be part of the party. Glass top stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar with stools and birch wood cabinets.
The American style refrigerator with ice maker and filtered fresh water will ensure you have plenty of room for all the food and liquid refreshments you will need. The laundry room has a large stacked washer and dryer. The house has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in most of the rooms. The living room is furnished with two three seater leather sofas to lounge on and enjoy the entertainment center via the 46” smart flat screen TV. The property is also fitted with super high speed internet with free long distance calling in the USA and Canada. The open plan dining room features a dining table with six chairs, very comfortable for those evening diner parties when you do not want to dine out. Should you wish to eat Al-fresco we have provided a table and six chairs under a covered Lanai. For those who prefer to cook outside we have a large Weber gas B-Q/grill with a side burner which is also located under the fan cooled Lanai overlooking the flood lite pool and golf course. The pool area has a screen enclosure to prevent any uninvited flying interlopers. The good size HEATED pool will keep the children entertained for hours. Just sit and watch the Golfers make there way down the 7th fairway. Close enough to see and be entertained but certainly not too close to be an inconvenience or intrusion.

Perfect family get away
This property was perfect for us. A family of 6. The beach accessories were the best. It was a quiet neighborhood on a golf course. Communication was great throughout and very helpful with suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Grocery store very close. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Fantastic place to stay
This house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance you could imagine! There were no renters before or after us so the owner texted me and invited us to arrive early and also check out late. Communication with the owner was wonderful! She gave us suggestions for places to go to eat and shop and where to go to the beach. The batteries in the remote were dead so within minutes there was a bag of new batteries hanging on the front door. The pool was warm and we had a lot of fun! I can’t say enough good things about this house and the owners. I will be coming back if we are ever in the area again!

Rented on short notice at Xmas - family emergency. 4 adults hoping for 3 beds (no futons) 2 baths. Messaged owner, didn’t respond right away but book request got accepted. Right off the bat, red flags. He messaged in app about his sister, who does checkin. Listing/instructions conflicting info re:protocol. No garage code as listed. Conflicting & confusing info. Text from sister (not in app) huge no-no, if you have issues with rental, VRBO has no proof Multiple texts about checkin but info vague/confusing. Should’ve set exact time to arrive. Said she’d leave key but will text when ready. I texted her 3 times - no response. We show up at 4:30pm. No VRBO app message during this time No key outside. Finally opens door in PANIC. She lost her phone. Losing your phone sucks but solution - call bro on landline, have him message in app. Not finished cleaning. Still wanted to show each room 4 instructions. Laundry c/o protocol, fine but nothing written. I know people have bad days, but she melted down so much we had to insist we were ok Suggest- Smart locks Update listing Lock items 4 NEXT renter in closet - current renters can’t access Write instructions house/app, NO verbal instructions @ c/i Issues: STRONG/BAD odor (din/liv) Smoky motel & cleaning chemicals. Carpet/fabric the culprit. Drag racers outside late PM. Ear plugs help. VERY dirty cabinets PROS- HUGE primary BR BR fans SOFT sheets Pillows HUGE ensuite Pool LARGE patio table Well equipped kitchen Beach gear Big couch

Great Experience!
The home was in a great location and the listing was very accurate. The owners communicated very well, and even had some drinks waiting for us due to our flight delays. We were in the area to visit family and I will definitely book this property for future trips!

Nice property that met all our requirements. Used as home base for short stay in order to visit nearby extended family. Publix store nearby was handy for necessities. Owner and manager very responsive to queries. Nice setting on golf course and with pool, but due to busy schedule, really didn't have chance to use any amenities. Enjoyed stay in August for family visits, so returned again in December.

Perfect Villa & hosts
It was the 2nd time we have stayed at the villa and like before, everything was just perfect. Property had the necessary three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and was conveniently located for visits with nearby extended families. Publix close by. Adjacent to golf course and has a nice pool. Had no time to enjoy the amenities much due to brevity of the stay and busy schedule, but we enjoyed our time there.

This was perfect for us
This is a lovely, comfortable, and perfect for our family and friends. We were at Nathan Benderson park for a competition and this made for a nice respite. We even had team members and families over for a grilled chicken supper. Comfortable beds, lots of kitchen gadgets, near-by grocery store, and a great hostess— we had a great exp.

We could not have been happier with our stay. Lori and James were wonderful. House was clean, organized and had everything you could possibly need. There was special surprise waiting for us upon check-in. This trip was a 4 generation Mothers Day getaway and Lori surprised us with a gift the night before our departure. She created a memory that will never be duplicated and with my 91 year old Great-Grandmother. Tomorrow is never promised and every memory created is cherished. There are not many people like James and Lori in this world but we were certainly blessed to cross their paths!! Do yourself a favor and book this home!!

Fabulous home in a wonderful location
James was incredibly helpful as we needed to change our booking date at short notice due to covid. Met on arrival by Lori who gave us a quick tour as late at night and then arranged to return the following day. Which she did with great ideas of places to eat, nearby beaches and shopping. Fizz chilling on arrival was a lovely touch. Lori was a lovely host who checked in regularly. Amenities in house superb. Everything you need for the beach. Lots of linens of good quality. Pool area furniture very comfortable. Wonderful view of golf course - very quiet - with fabulous wildlife. We have stayed in many holiday properties in the area but this has certainly been the best located and equipped.

This home has everything you need! Beach items, cookware, smart TV in every room, great tub etc. The pool was awesome. The property owner had great suggestions for things to do in the surrounding areas. If we needed anything she was a text away. Answered promptly. Would have loved to stay longer.

Great house!!
House worked out perfectly for our family get away. Lori was fantastic to work with and so sweet. She even picked up a few groceries for us because our flight was delayed and getting in late. Having the Publix down the road was awesome and SO convenient - sometimes navigating to the grocery store with all the spring break traffic can be a nightmare. The house had everything we needed and the grill came in handy too.

Spacious home in great neighborhood
My husband and I just completed a month-long stay in February. The house was perfect for family and company and located in a nice neighborhood where we took many long walks. There is a Publix two minutes away so super convenient to run over and grab groceries. There is a development project underway and the house in located on road to the construction site. It gets pretty busy with trucks rolling through. My daughter and grandkids (ages 4 and 6) joined us for a week and it was nice for everyone to enjoy their own rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was nicely stocked with many essentials and the property manager checked up on us frequently. We did have some issues with the heated pool being warm enough to swim, but our stay overlapped with several below normal evening temperatures. There were a couple days in the mid 60s when it would have been great to swim but the water was just too cold. When it finally warmed up, everyone enjoyed the pool immensely. Day trips to nearby beaches included Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island and Fort DeSoto. Traffic volume was high and you had to head out early in order to find parking. Although not far in distance, it took 45+ minutes each way. Lori suggested Pass a Grille in St. Pete and that saved the day. It was an easy 30 minutes from start to finish and the view crossing the Sunshine Skyway bridge was breathtaking. Skip the others and head there as it is most convenient and least crowded. The house and property will not disappoint, but if the beach is your goal be prepared for some driving in the Florida traffic.

Great location and extremely relaxing
Booked this 10 day stay to escape the snow and cold of Northern VA. The weather was perfect with no rain and highs in the 70-80’s most days. We didn’t use the pool as much as I planned but the host showed us how to turn the pool heater on/off which definitely helps this time of the year. The screened pool and covered lanai are just what I’m looking for in a future retirement home. The inside of the home was plenty big for my daughter and I and the two full baths were great. The bedrooms had smart TV’s and a large TV with cable and Apple TV in the family room were nice. The family room had some very comfortable leather couches as well. No issues with the internet either. The kitchen was stocked with most things you would need for cooking and also some other items like condiments, coffee, cleaning items, etc. which saved a trip to the store. The house is also stocked with lots of games, books, magazines, and movies if you ever get bored. Finally, Lori was so helpful in providing restaurant and sightseeing suggestions during our stay and making sure we didn’t have any issues at all.

My New Favorite Place
This house was gorgeous and well equipped with all you need. From bikes to golf clubs to pool. Champagne upon arrival was a nice touch. Lori the manager was helpful and informative. I can’t wait until my next visit.

Owners Micromanage our entire stay and stopped by daily!!!!!!
This is ran by a sis and bro. My only experience was with the sister. We were there a total of five nights she came by every single night. On the first night she was there until 8 PM cleaning and doing laundry when My check in was at 4p. She came by the second day to look for something she lost. She came by the third day to get some chalk out the drawer so she didn’t have to go buy more. She came on the fourth day and dumped beer cans into the recycle bin to make sure that we took the trash out. And she came by the fifth day when we were loading our luggage into the vehicle and text me the next day about how upset she was that we had her garage open at 10 PM at night while we were loading our luggage into the vehicle. So if you want to be micromanaged and harassed stay here. After our stay she contacted me and told me that they were damages to her home I asked her what damages she sent me a picture of a corner of a twin sheet from one of the bedrooms and stated that it had blue marker on it, and also she stated one of the chairs had blue mark on it. She then accused me of leaving my kids unattended to write on the corner of the sheet. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my family does this twice a year and has never had an issue. I would not recommend staying with this women. On top of being micromanaged I felt like our privacy was being invaded.
