Situated on one of the most historic properties in Palmer, Colony Suites #1 is steps away from shops, cafes, restaurants, micro brews, coffee shops, and more! Enjoy views of surrounding mountains, the famous Palmer water tower and base out of your suite for nearby adventure!
This space is completely brand new inside from floor to ceiling and features custom marbled concrete countertops, tile surround shower, UHD TV, stainless steel appliances, and more! Colony Suites come with a fully furnished kitchen for cooking! Feel free to utilize the kitchen or take a short walk to one of the many places to eat in Palmer.
Enjoy our free WiFi on-site and relax with your favorite show or movie as Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu subscriptions are all included with your stay.
Guests have full access to use anything inside the space along with the in-suite washer and dryer. Check-in and check-out is all done remotely to give our guests a smooth and seamless process for coming and going. We are always available via message or text if the need arises.
Fish or game processing/cleaning is not allowed on the property. You can cook your fish here, but please take care of the cleaning on the riverbank or elsewhere before you bring it on-site. Colony Suites is a drug-free establishment.
If a pack-n-play is needed, it must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
