"The house was bigger and nicer than I expected. The view is incredible! So fun spotting coatimundis and hummingbirds even from inside the house through the big windows all around. Raul was the most helpful and friendly host - he even pulled our car out of a ditch! Lillian's dinner was from heaven - perfect meal for our family after arriving from a long day of travel. Thank you for such a nice time in Monteverde!"

"Nice and convenient place to stay with a family"

"Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. "

"We loved the location for birds and privacy. There is another home on the property, but thankfully no one stayed there. It was a challenge to get to the beaches as the roads we bad....We had lots of shade and the plunge pool was refreshing "

"BUYER BEWARE No hot water and beach is dirty. I contacted Vacasa before confirming reservation to verify had hot water due to previous review. I was told I would have hot water but never did. The pool water was warmer than the shower. The company was notified as soon as we knew there was no hot water. Beach is very dirty due to ships waiting to get into port and dumping garbage while waiting. We did see monkeys and birds which were beautiful. Sorry for the bad review I tried to work with you."

"Overall the TreeTop House met our needs. We are a family of 7 traveling together and wanted to spend a few days in Monteverde. The Treetop House was able to sleep all of us easily. The pros of this property are its relatively inexpensive price for the number of people it can sleep. The one major drawback was that there was no place for everyone to sit together other than the kitchen area (i.e., there is no living room type of area for seven people to sit down as the place is configured to use...

"Foi horrível! Apesar das instalações serem muito boas e confortáveis, o hotel deixa muito a desejar: O quarto tinha infiltração e um cheiro de mofo terrível! Pedi para trocar, não tinha outro disponível! O quarto fica na área da piscina e tem música bastante alta das 12h às 6 da tarde. O café da manhã é terrível! Poucas opções e sem queijo, manteiga e presunto! Muito ruim! Falto profissionalismo no hotel! Além disso tem um custo muito alto para o serviço que oferece! Não indico! "

Muito bom.

"O hotel e de fato muito bom, colchão, roupa de cama e banho de qualidade. O Atendimenro é muito bom tb, tivemos alguns desenvontros de informações de diferentes funcionarios mas nada que prejudicasse nossa estadia. O cafe da manha é bom e na recepção muito mais barato que o valor cobrado aqui no site. Onque deixou a desejar foram a cozinha coletiva e a biblioteca que me pareceu abandonada. A geladeira estava impossível de ser usada. E os livros cheio de teias de aranha e bolor."
