Perfect Overnight Stay
The property was nice and met our needs for an overnight stay while traveling through Palm Springs. If you are traveling with dogs, be aware there is no grassy area for them to potty. We walked down a few blocks to a grass patch.

Excellent stay
The property was clean and quiet and is conveniently located. I needed a place that took pets as I was traveling with my dog, and this worked great. The property manager was very communicative and helpful, as I extended my stay a couple of times and he helped make the changes in the VRBO system.

Only recommendation I have is to put a curtain on the bathroom window because it was beaming on our necks when we used the restroom.. lol. Other than that we are so happy with VRBO as first time users :) thank you 4 making the process seamless and for the communication!

Fantastic location under the radar
Excellent value for the location. Literally walking distance to everything downtown. Fast and friendly communication from the host. It was the quietest place at night that we have ever had in P.S. We will definitely return for as long as they are here.

Lovely bungalow in heart of downtown PS
I have been here for 11 days and have enjoyed the amenities of this bungalow with the kitchen, living area and bedroom bath. It is listed for as many as four people that would require using the sleep sofa. I'm not sure I'd recommend it for four adults it would be pretty crowded.

Cozy and simple
This property is convenient for small families. It is close to the main drag of Palm Springs so you donā€™t have to travel too far with a young child. The space is small, so probably best for just one child. The bedroom was just the right size to fit a pack and play for the baby to sleep while parents can be in the living room.

Palm Springs Get Away
We were very pleased with the accommodations. It had everything we needed. We were in Palm Springs for our first visit but could only stay two nights. It was so nice to be located downtown and close to restaurants although I also cooked in the kitchen. My only complaint was the oven door did not have a handle and one of the burners didn't work. I didn't contact owner regarding these problems because our stay was so short. Otherwise, this place was perfect for us and our small dog. Thank you!!

You canā€™t beat the location. Just one block from central downtown. But the pool is located at another property & is very small, so thereā€™s not enough chairs or space for everyone. The outdoor area at the villa was very disappointing & the villa itself was worn & dated, but it was clean & the bed was very comfortable, so it suited our needs.

The best thing about this VRBO is the..... location. A four minute walk to downtown and shopping. Exactly what we needed as we didn't have a car. Other than the location, this is a basic location. There were a few spider webs and it was a little bit dusty but otherwise clean. Super basic tools in the kitchen. The communication was amazing though! Always responded within minutes if I had a question or issue.

Whole place was an embarrassment. Dingy, bed felt like it would fall down. Kitchen was older than us. We didn't stay there 10 minutes. We found another place. Very dissatisfied!

Comfort but needs minor improvements
Great location. Great for couple. But still needs work. Cheap slip covers on sofa and love seat just made you itch. Bathroom floor still needs work. Kitchen stove missing oven handle and refrigerator had missing drawer. Microwave on very low stand so it was hard to open. Front security door did not work. The photo was not true. No bed skirt on the bed. The rug in the bathroom was disgusting. Could not see out windows. Floor lamps shade was broken. Walls patched but not sanded and painted. Buy matching dishes. The kitchen had was not stocked with cookware. Needs work could be cute

Lovely and quaint.
This was a great little property to stay at with my husband for our anniversary. The pool was extremely pleasant and the property was quiet yet walkable to downtown shopping and restaurants. The host was very sweet. We would definitely come visit here againā€¦ next time a place poolside would be perfection.

Clean, Comfy Casita in Fantastic Location
Casita was a bit funky, but clean and comfortable. It could use an additional reading lamp, more silverware and a hand towel hook in the bathroom, and reversing the refrigerator door would certainly make the appliance easier to get into, but these are minor ā€œcomplaints.ā€ The great thing about the casita is its locationā€”a block and a half from the Palm Springs Art Museum and the same distance from Palm Canyon Drive with its great restaurants. Weā€™d happily stay there again!
