For families with little ones, we've got you covered. We provide baby amenities at no cost, such as a high chair, the Guava Lotus travel crib, an Upseat baby floor seat, the Nuna Sena Series Aire changer, and a Boon Soak 3-Stage bathtub to make your stay as hassle-free as possible.
Venture from the main lounge, and you'll find four bedrooms:
• The Master Suite comes with a Queen Bed, a smart TV, and has a connecting Jack and Jill bathroom with the standalone "Casita."
• The "Casita" has its own exterior entrance or can be accessed through its en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom, linked with the master room. It's fitted with a Queen Bed, a smart TV, and a kitchenette.
• The initial Guest Room has a Queen Bed, workspace, and a smart TV.
• The subsequent Guest Room houses two Twin Beds, convertible to a King if needed, along with a smart TV. The initial and subsequent Guest Rooms share an updated bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower.
But, the crown jewel? The stunning backyard with its mesmerizing mountain backdrop. Dive into the new saltwater pool and spa, which features three in-pool bar seats, letting you sip on your drink without ever exiting the water. The pool ranges from a depth of 3’6” in the shallow end to 5’6” in the deepest part, ideal for relaxing or swimming laps.
For those cool evening vibes, there's a cozy fire pit corner, ideal for cocktails and snacks, before you gather around the outdoor table for a feast. Grill your favorites on the brand-new BBQ, and stay cool with the fresh misting system on warmer days.
For some added fun, especially for the kids, there's a multi-purpose ping pong table that's also a pool table, sheltered under the patio.
Parking's a breeze with a driveway space for 2-3 vehicles and plenty of free street spots right outside.

The Demuth Park neighborhood: The Demuth Park neighborhood overlooks the greenery of Palm Springs' largest park with a stunning mountain view in the background -- the beautiful 61-acre Demuth Park, located off of Mesquite Avenue east of El Cielo. It's the perfect environment for everything from a picnic to various outdoor sports and activities.
The Demuth Park neighborhood also has its fair share of celebrity history. Actor Robert Dix and his wife, Darlene Lucht (from the Frankie Avalon beach movies), resided on Mountain View Drive. Pool and SPA: The SPA comes with complimentary heating, whereas you can opt for pool heating at a cost of $80/day. Pet fee is $150 per stay. You'll be invoiced for these fees after confirming your booking but before you arrive. If you choose pool heating, it covers your full stay duration.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
Summers in Palm Springs can get extremely hot, but we've got you covered with a brand new misting system. You can use it anytime and for as long as you wish, free of charge.
Maintenance details:
• Pool is serviced on Tuesday and Friday.
• Garden upkeep is scheduled for Thursday.
As per Palm Springs City guidelines for short-term housing:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. A copy of the primary renter's government-issued ID is mandatory before check-in. This remains on file during your stay and may be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials as per law.
3. The responsible party (primary renter) must sign a short-term rental agreement.
4. All adult guests should confirm in writing that they have read and understood the City of Palm Springs' Good Neighbor Brochure.
5. A maximum of 8 adults (2 adults per bedroom) can stay overnight, with an allowance for 2 additional guests during the day. Plus, two kids aged 12 or younger are permitted per rental.
6. Overnight parking at the house is restricted to 4 cars (1 car per bedroom), with an additional car allowed during the daytime.
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. When outdoors, dogs should be on a leash and controlled to avoid nuisance barking.
9. Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. Be mindful to keep the property's noise levels in check, particularly from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m.
These rules are enforced by the City Ordinance to ensure a peaceful coexistence between rentals and residents.
Security update: The property is equipped with a ring doorbell at the front and surveillance cameras around the house.
Check-in starts at 4 pm, while check-out is at 11 am to allow us to prepare for subsequent guests.
