Entering the home from the circular driveway, guests are greeted by a picturesque vision of Palm Springs in the 1950s, as original concrete breeze block walls flank the walkway to the front door – a unique, and Insta-worthy, enhancement to the classic Anderson home.
The social spaces of the home are lined almost entirely with glass, providing natural light and beautiful views. The living and dining areas, with original vaulted tongue and groove ceiling, are decorated in the spirit of a midcentury home, with a clean, comfortable, timeless style. A large sectional and armchairs provide ample room for the crew to sit around the fireplace or the wall-mounted 50" smart HDTV.
The kitchen has been finished with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with counter seating. A six-person oval dining table connects the living room and kitchen giving you picturesque views of our San Jacinto mountain range.
In the private space are the home's two guest bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and the primary suite. Each carefully designed guest room has a queen bed, a large open closet, and an individually controlled air conditioning system. The shared hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a skylight for added light. The primary suite also has a plush queen bed, a large closet, a 43" TV, a slider with access to a patio and yard, and an ensuite bath with an original step-down Roman tub shower and a door out to the pool area.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
