Heaven at Hilltop
It is just a short distance away from Palm Canyon in the South of Palm Springs and you are alone with the enchanting nature right on the side of the mountain. The sunrise in the morning to the lights in the evening and all from your own terrace with a beautiful pool and hot tub that is so nicely and tasteful embedded in the rocks. The house is a stunner, architecturally in terms of the remodeling and ultimately also in terms of the host, Chris, who, with his friendliness and immediate availability, made the already very nice stay completely friction-free. A must-visit place on the bucket list. We will also visit again

Will Extend Our Stay Next Year
The property is spectacular, perched at the very top of Cahuilla Hills, affording views all the way south to Palm Canyon, across the Coachella to the west and north to downtown Palm Springs. It is totally silent up here, the only sounds coming from abundant wildlife and the occasional whisper of a breeze. Neither car nor horn could be heard. The house sits at the base of marvelous hiking trails through the hills north to downtown and south to Palm Canyon. Food shopping and dining are minutes away. The only problem is that once you're here, you won't want to leave for anything. So we "DoorDashed" or "UberAte" whenever we wanted something. The house has been totally remodeled and tastefully modern in every respect. The king beds are heavenly comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and easy to maintain during our three-week stay. The smart TV was simple to operate and allowed us to feel as if we were in our own home. Outdoor space was out of this world and into a fantasy of gorgeous stone patio surrounding an absolutely glorious swimming pool and spa. Yard and pool maintenance workers slaved to keep everything in tip-top shape. For those, like my wife, who aren't sun worshippers, there is adequate shelter from the sun's rays and plenty of battery-charging sun space for folks like me. Our host Chris was available to answer questions at the touch of my phone and responses by service staff were instantaneous. Each day he called to make sure we were happy.

This home checks off all the boxes! It’s beautiful, quiet, great views and close to town. Check in and out was a breeze and the owner was accessible at any time. I highly recommend this property. We look forward to returning soon!

Excellent place to stay
It’s all true. Great place to stay. Very private pool area. Huge glass walls open up the the entire pool and spa area. Hosts are excellent. Good communication. Check in was wonderful and easy. Recommend spending the time learning all about the house and controls. It takes time but worth it - and you still won’t remember everything. But the hosts are a text or call away. Highly recommend and if we ever return to Palm Springs, we will stay again.

Easy check in, great communication with host The pictures do not even come close to the beauty of the physical property itself, but the location and view are truly beyond compare! I am not kidding!! We will definitely be returning later this year.

Great Property!!!
This was the second time my sister & I have spent a week here. We love the place. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The patio is fabulous, big, great views, nice pool & spa, lots of lounge chairs. Also incredibly private, quiet & peaceful. If you like hiking, there is a trail at the end of the driveway that connects to miles of trails. You can often see big horn sheep on the trails. The location is also perfect and a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. Definitely want to go back again!!!!!

Great Experience
We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The location was great, close to town but secluded. Comfortable spacious home with amazing views. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Great place for a peaceful recharge. Highly recommend.

What a way to detach
My wife and wanted a relaxing location to shut work off and relax. This property made that happen. Very private but still close to restaurants, grocery and more. Great hiking right behind the house. We WILL be back!!

Check in process was annoying. Multiple emails, calls and texts just to have someone meet us to walk us through the house. Not a deal breaker and some might like all the detail but it was a bit much for me. Spa was unusable do to 100’s of bees in and around the perimeter of it. Luckily they stayed near the spa and no real bee issue around the pool. The pool itself was beautiful but unfortunately we visited during a heat wave and the pool was extremely warm. Not as refreshing as I hoped it would be. The air conditioner was not strong enough to cool the entire house. During the day the house temps were in the mid to high 80’s. The kitchen area being the warmest. A few dead cockroaches and mouse were found on the patios and a couple dead and live cockroaches inside. Overall just not the stay I hoped for.

Palm Springs Paradise
This property is extraordinary! The photos do not do justice to the backyard views over Palm Springs. Kitchen is very well equipped. Wifi and air conditioning both worked perfectly. The new mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. There are plenty of chairs and loungers around the pool and the backyard is so quiet and peaceful. At the end of the driveway there is direct access to hiking trails. Bill met us at check in and gave us a very friendly and thorough tour. It was a week in paradise and we hope to return again one day.

Great desert view location
The house is the last house at the end of the street on the top of the hill in Mesa, Palm Springs, a super-private area with a private gated community near the trailhead of the mountains. Being five minutes from downtown Palm Springs made it very convenient for shopping and dinners. The pool area is the amazing place to hang out. I would definitely recommend this property. Art Collins

Fantastic View
Such a great place to stay and just enjoy the property. A nice walking trail right by the house and a short drive or lyft to downtown. The wall of windows and view and pool are to die for!

Perfect getaway!
It was just my husband and I. The home was very clean and accommodations were great! The linens were clean and well stocked. The pool was wonderful and views were amazing! We walked to Koffi (recommended by owner) for coffee and breakfast one morning, it was perfect! We will definitely be back!

The location and view was amazing. the house layout and overall look was great. the decor and furnishings need more updating. This includes the furniture, electrical, beds, TV's and Kitchen. If everything was updated and made more comfortable and easy to use this property would be hard to beat.

Great Stay in Palm Springs
We stayed here for a week the end of June with another couple. The location is amazing, on top of a hill overlooking the Palm Springs valley. Near golf courses and downtown Palm Springs. We were given a tour when we arrived and everything that was in the listing was accurate. The pool and patio area can't be beat in my opinion. We watched sunrises everyday and were out there for sunsets all week. The pool was a great size. The kitchen is a little outdated but they had every pot, pan, bowl, cooking utensil you could ever need and everything functioned well. Laundry in the garage was great. Rooms are good sized each with their own bathroom. Overall a great stay!
