This guest house is a 400 square foot studio with a full bathroom, walk-in closet and kitchenette which boasts a wooden countertop, stainless steel refrigerator, toaster, two-burner induction cooktop, microwave and a single cup Keurig coffee maker. The kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking and dining ware, utensils, coffee, sugars and creamer. This modern/contemporary space boasts a comfortable queen size bed and an additional sofa with a pull out bed, accommodating up to 4 guests (ideally for 2 guests but can accommodate 4 with pull out bed with 2 inch memory foam topper). The full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet provide convenience and ample storage space. The sleek design and thoughtful amenities create a welcoming atmosphere for a memorable stay. Explore the outdoor spaces with mountain views, many relaxing sitting areas, and a fire pit on those chilly evenings, to warm you up!
NOTE: There are two units on this property as well as the main house. Full use of the yard, pool, hot tub and all amenities will be at your disposal as the possibility of a shared space with one other individual. Unit 2 is currently not rented but is open for long term rental and may be occupied at the time of your stay.
NOTE: The per diem rate does not include heating the pool. We will heat the spa upon request on occasion during your stay not to exceed one hour per day. Up to one-hour per day will be gratis. Additional spa time will have a surcharge of $20/hour. Upon request, with 1 day advanced notice, the pool can be heated for an additional cost of $125/day. Please advise prior to arrival if heating of the pool is desired. Corn Hole, Bocce Ball and Crocket, Giant Jenga and Large Connect Four, are available for your use for no extra charge. Parking is street parking as this is a “home-share” and the garage is used for our vehicles. No covered parking is available.
Our City Permit # is 5340 for a “home-share” short-term rental. The City charges a 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and an additional TBID 1% assessment (Tourism Business Improvement District) on stays less than 27 days, which is collected by VRBO. Guest will sign a “Good Neighbor Brochure” when they arrive, noting they will comply with City requirements, including occupancy limits, noise, prohibitors and vehicle parking requirements (if applicable). In addition, the City requires the host to make a copy of the responsible party’s Driver’s License or other I.D.
