The private, resort-style yard is designed for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy a heated pool with waterfall spa, fire pit lounge, and mountain views. Choose from multiple seating areas, BBQ on the grill, or dine alfresco under the covered patio. Play croquet or bocce in the side yard, and relax under string lights for magical nights.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
High-style meets Palm Springs chic with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Floor-to-ceiling glass creates seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Enjoy modern comforts with high-speed internet, flat-screen TVs, upgraded climate control, and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and waterfall countertops.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each bedroom is styled for comfort with hotel-quality mattresses, ample storage, and flat-screen TVs. The Primary Bedroom features a King bed, en-suite bath, and direct pool yard access. Two Guest Rooms with King beds (one converts to 2 Twins on request) share easy access to a guest bathroom.

Conveniently located minutes from Palm Springs Airport and close to the vibrant Palm Canyon Drive with dining, shops, galleries, and nightlife. Grocery stores, cafes, and other neighborhood conveniences are just a short drive away, making this home ideal for a perfect Palm Springs escape.

Great Place!
This was such a fun place to stay. The house was clean and comfortable. I loved how it was decorated. It was fully stocked with what you need in a rental property. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. I will rent this place again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at No Reservations ACME property! It was a seamless check in and out process and everything was super clean when we arrived. All our questions were answered promptly over text. My children, ages 7 and 10, never wanted to leave the heated pool or the house! Beds were very comfortable.

Lovely property
We stayed at the Desert Park Estates as a family of 4 adults and had a fabulous time. The house is beautifully decorated and everything is clean and well kept. The hot tub was not heating when we arrived but Acme sent someone out quickly to remedy the situation. Outdoors was well-maintained with lots of comfortable seating. We enjoyed games and pool time, and an easy drive to downtown Palm Springs! We will stay with Acme again!

Perfect Amenities for Friends
Our group of six kept busy and active with all that was offered on the property! Pool, Ping Pong, Cards on the patio, Fireside Chats, Hot tub relaxing, and a great kitchen/dining space to cook nice meals! Looking forward to next year's visit!

The Acme company and property were both outstanding. This house is as pictured….extremely clean…well decorated and with all the essentials needed for a great visit and all appliances worked perfectly. A great location between airport and the downtown area. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Pool, hot tub and fire pit are perfect additions and just becomes an extension of the living space. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to rent again on a future visit to PS.

The house was perfect for a weekend get away. There was plenty of grass for the dogs to run around, and the patio provided PERFECT shade during the day. The house also maintained a cool temperature better than any home I've ever rented in Palm Springs from other companies. Would come back again and again!

This place is perfect. Super clean, beautifully decorated, great beds, lots of towels, all the kitchen stuff you would ever need. Pool is small but still really great. My wife and daughter loved laying in the sun poolside. We will Definitely be back. This is the best home we have stayed at in the Palm Springs area. One note: Bring some spices with you if you intend to cook or grill while here. There is only salt and pepper provided.

Had a wonderful stay and experience. The home looked just like the pictures provided. Located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to all we needed. The only negative was that we were unable to play music outside. Seemed a bit of a miss when the planes flew overhead.

We stayed the first week in February. The weather was nice mid to upper 60’s.
What a welcome! We flew in early evening. on the way to the house;I received a call from the manager if everything was to our satisfaction. We informed them we were just pulling up and would let them know if issues. Lights were on music playing fireplace on TV! It definitely made us feel appreciated. We spent every evening in the hot tub! Jumped in the pool a few times. We had one day upper 70s so we spent most of the day at the house. Your guide book helped with any questions we had. We were concerned about the noise ordinance. We are talkers and enjoy a lot of laughter. But we were fine! Thank you for taking such good care of the home and us. Food recommendation Shanghai Reds! Fabulous catch of the day, coconut shrimp, fish tacos. Highly recommend! We enjoyed Box Canyon, Joshua tree national park,road trip to Idyllwild! If we ever get back to Palm Springs we would rent from this management company again!

I planned to cook most of our meals during our stay. It needs a small pantry! I had to purchase s&p basic herbs.

Great long weekend getaway
This property was exactly as pictured. It was clean and well appointed. The tanning shelf was an unexpected highlight and we enjoyed having ample outdoor seating options in shade or full sun. The kitchen and bathrooms were all well stocked and the other amenities (ping pong & fire pit) were definitely bonuses. The only 2 negatives (and they are very minor): There is no door to the main suite bathroom which is strange and the TVs do not have HDMI ports, so we couldn't use our own streaming device that we brought with us. But again, not a huge deal. We loved staying here and would absolutely book this property again.

Our family loved this house and we’ve never stayed in a cleaner home than this one! The layout was great, the furniture was all high end and just really well set up. The pool cleaner came 2x per week and you can even request it more regularly if it gets bad (it can get pretty windy/dusty). Kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t run out of any supplies during our week stay. Things I loved most about this property were the washer/dryer, pet and kid friendly, completely enclosed back yard and the tanning deck in the pool (great for kids who can’t swim).

Nice 3 bedroom home with private pool that was cleaned 2 times during our stay! Property manager ACME House Company checked in frequently and was professional. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again or another managed by ACME in the future.
