As beautiful as the interiors of this home are, it is the pool yard that elevates Modern Marion to Executive Status. Walled for privacy, the backyard captures the glamour of Southern California living. Stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains, sundrenched pool with an integrated spa - surrounded by chaise lounges, patio umbrellas, al fresco dining and a fire pit lounge. Fruit trees, palm trees and other mature plantings dot the property.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The bedrooms are all designed with the look and feel of a boutique hotel. Hotel-quality mattresses, ample closet space and flat screen TVs. There's a King master suite plus two Queen Guest Rooms in the main house. The Guest Casita is gorgeous - set off with its own entrance and ensuite bath.

THE LOCATION
Modern Marion is perfectly located for those who want to be close to everything - but still want their pool yard to be quiet and private. The home is nestled on an oversized corner lot in South Palm Springs where the Twin Palms neighborhood meets the Indian Canyons - less than a mile from the Indian Canyons Golf Resort, a 36-hole course set on 550 acres of Native American land.

This quiet residential neighborhood is ideal for walking and bike riding. Flat picturesque streets are lined with towering Palm Trees and gorgeous architecturally significant properties. You will be close to hiking trails, fine dining restaurants, coffee houses, entertainment venues and local conveniences like grocery stores, sandwich shops and burger joints. Most of the homes on the now famous Palm Springs Door Tour can be found in the blocks surrounding Modern Marion at Twin Palms.

Driving is completely optional while staying with us since you will be less than a mile from the South Palm Springs Business District. That's where you'll find popular hot spots including the Purple Room, Koffii, Elmer’s, Dead or Alive wine bar, Mr Lyons, Marisol and Kreem. We have a very reliable Uber and Lyft network - providing easy access to everything else in Palm Springs and surrounding desert cities.
