You can’t help but relax in the family room, where a comfy sectional provides plenty of seating around a large flatscreen TV and fireplace. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has a double oven, stainless steel appliances, and bay windows ensconced in greenery, giving the feeling of being in the tropics. Pull up a chair at the raised breakfast bar with seating for two, or at one of two separate counter-height cafe tables. Or gather in the beautifully designed formal dining space with a bar, a table for eight, and direct access to the pool.
Just beyond the kitchen is an office space with built-in shelving, a desk, two chairs, and a printer for those moments when you need to check in at home. But you’ll no doubt want to live in the moment here. This home has multiple sliding glass doors throughout, leading to both the front patio and backyard pool deck, for the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience.

In the main home, the spacious primary suite boasts direct access to the pool deck through sliding glass doors, as well as a huge primary ensuite whose soaking tub overlooks the pool. Don’t worry, there’s a shade for privacy!
Each of the guest rooms also has its own outdoor access, with a private patio with seating, a large grassy yard, and a view full of swaying palm trees. In the casita, you’ll find a King bed and a bathroom with a beautiful tiled shower. Every bedroom has a TV, a large closet, and a full bathroom, with just one of those bathrooms in the hall – the rest are ensuite. Mid Modern Marvel also has a convenient full laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink, plus storage and counter space for folding your belongings.

The walkable neighborhood has beautiful homes, vintage shops, and a variety of dining options from casual to fine dining. You’ll be less than half a mile from the world-renowned Palm Canyon Drive and close to both the South Palm Springs Business District and bustling Downtown Palm Springs. Just a 15-30 minute walk or quick Uber away, you’ll find grocery stores, casual restaurants, fine dining, nightlife, and excellent coffee shops.
