Situated within minutes of downtown Palm Springs with views of the San Jacinto Mountains, this home away from home is thoughtfully designed with elegant mid-century modern decor. Be playful and look through the looking glass which brings you to a secret room/oasis with its own private patio. Choose between indoor or outdoor living and entertaining space, resort-style pool, and hot tub, all while enjoying the privacy of the backyard. When the sun goes down, grab your favorite nightcap and sit by the firepit and breathe in the night air while looking up at the clear night sky.

Enjoy an open area with plenty of comfortable seating and 65" Smart TV that already has Netflix and Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ ready to play for your movie night. The sofa features a pull-out bed for your convenience.

Fully equipped kitchen ready for you to make delicious meals with elegant dishware or choice of glassware depending on your mood.
The dining room table is centered around a gold chandelier that hangs from the ceiling, seating 8 comfortably.
-Bed & Bath
This home sleeps 8 guests, in 4 different unique bedrooms. Each room has a smart TV, blackout curtains, and sliding glass doors to either a patio or backyard pool.
The master has a king bed, with an ensuite bath with shower.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
The third bedroom has a full-sized bed and a comfortable desk for remote work.
The fourth bedroom, also known as the "looking glass room" has a full-sized bed.
The bath for these bedrooms has a tub/shower.
-Outdoor Space
The house offers generous shaded sitting areas outside for comfort even at the height of summer.
Fire up the gas grill and cook some delicious steaks/veggies. Eat alfresco at the dining table.
Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool (6' deep) or enjoy the hot tub after a day of golf, shopping, or hiking. Relax poolside in the loungers, play cornhole, and Jenga.
In the evening, gather around the firepit with your nightcap and enjoy the stars.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, record player with records that also streams music via Bluetooth, carport, and driveway that can accommodate up to four cars.

You will have the entire house and property to yourself.
Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.

The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.

* There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please note this service is an additional $99.00 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service, a minimum of 2 nights is required.
**Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Any fines related to noise violation will be passed on to the guest.**
The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

The safety of our guests is always our highest priority. Here's what we're doing to ensure that our vacation rentals meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning (these health safety measures include but are not limited to):
Quality assurance and maintenance
Inspected property for compliance with cleaning, safety and maintenance protocols prior to each guest arrival. Ensured the overall health, safety and quality of each property with routine preventative maintenance, including testing of mechanicals, maintaining appliances, testing smoke and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers.
Trained Professionals
Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft.
Proper PPE Usage
All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals.
Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting
Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.
Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.
We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.
