Experience all this in this recently updated home, with a welcoming interior decor and an array of cozy amenities. But what seals the deal? Those spacious windows, flood the space with sunshine, creating the perfect atmosphere for complete relaxation and a vacation vibe.

The Space:
The house features 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a large, luminous living room with an open kitchen. The house accommodates up to 10 guests, perfect for large family and friends getaway, for a weekend retreat or an awesome vacation to unwind from daily routine.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a Queen Bed each. Bedroom 4 has 2 double beds. (There is also a Pack n-Play.)

The living room and dining area connect smoothly to a fully furnished open kitchen. Out back, there's a great pool and a jacuzzi, ideal for some much-needed R&R. Other amenities include a deck, lounge area with pool chairs, a putting green, a BBQ and a fire pit, plus great mountain views.

Guest Access:
Full and private access to the house. 
Private parking for 2 cars + Free street parking.

Other Things to Note:
- Pool cleaner visits: every Wednesday and Saturday between 7:00AM-1:00PM.
-Pool heating: Upon request, our pool can be heated to a soothing temperature of approximately 83 degrees. Please note that there is an extra fee of $109 per night. To ensure service and that the pool reaches the ideal temperature, you should notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance of the day you want to enjoy the service. The payment must be done prior to the arrival.

- Gardener visits: Mondays or Tuesdays between 8am and 5pm.
