Welcome to Lakefront Dream, a Vue Vacations home! Here you can enjoy panoramic mountain views, desert sunsets, and lakefront living! Located on a corner lot in the gated community of Terra Lago, this gorgeous two story home is one of the only on the lake with a large patio, unobstructed views, and privacy! The back patio is a real life "dream" with an impressive designer infinity pool and spa over the lake. The expansive patio also has a built in BBQ with bar seating area, covered dining table, several lounge areas, a waters edge fire pit, putting green and room to spare! Unlike its duplex neighbors, Lakefront Dream is unrivaled as a standalone (single-home) showstopper. There is plenty of space and plenty of privacy and every detail is set up for you to have the perfect and relaxing vacation!

With 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and two stories of comfortable living space, this property will be perfect for your group or family getaways! The serenity of the home and its surroundings is among the best in the Palm Springs area.

Our lakefront infinity pool and spa is sure to be your favorite spot and the focal point for any photo ops. Enjoy total relaxation in the sun (or shade) on the chaise lounge chairs or cabana-style patio bed while you enjoy the picturesque views of the lake and mountains. Entertaining poolside is a breeze with a grill, a bar, and a shaded dining area. Fire up the grill, make cocktails and settle in as you and your guests gather to take in the sunset while the kids splash around in the pool. Later, move the festivities to the lakeside fire pit and roast marshmallows underneath the stars or spend some time on the putting green! Mountain views, incredible sunsets, and the lake right at your back door, make this property your dream getaway. With scenery this lush, you'll forget you are actually in the desert!

This home has an open-concept main living space that features a drop-down rounded granite bar overlooking the patio. Whether you are enjoying a meal here or making cocktails, the tranquility of the lake surrounds you at every angle. A well-stocked kitchen and spacious living room are on either side of the bar; an easy space to gather in complete comfort when you aren't poolside. The spacious primary bedroom located on the second floor, has a private balcony and a turret, both with views of the lake and mountains. The multi-level set-up is ideal, giving you and your guests plenty of room to spread out and relax. If you are looking for indoor activities after your day of fun in the sun, head to the living room for a game of giant scrabble or go upstairs and show off your skills on our two arcade machines.

Both the home and the community have so much to offer; you'll love staying here! Morning walks along the lake is a beautiful activity. Empire Polo Club, home of Coachella and Stagecoach festivals, Indian Wells Tennis Garden and El Paseo are all a quick drive away. Take a stroll just outside the community gates and you have the option to hike, grab a seat at a blackjack table, or play golf at the Terra Lago golf course. The possibilities here are endless!

*Quiet hours and noise restrictions will be strictly enforced. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation for a fee of $150 per request, for up to 3 hours. This cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability. Please contact us for additional information.

DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?
All of our homes feature private pools and spas! The pool will be set to 84 degrees free of charge October-May. If you would like the temperature to be increased, this will result in an additional charge of $100 per day. There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102. *STAYS OF 5+ DAYS SUBJECT TO POOL HEAT CHARGE*

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly (cats/dogs only)! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you clean after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.

WHAT ARE QUIET HOURS?
We encourage you to enjoy our vacation homes, however we must abide by city and HOA policies. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000-$3,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.

ARE THERE LAKE ACTIVITIES?
There are no lake activities available for vacation guests. Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited. There is no option for water sports on the lake.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! The HOA is very strict on parking rules. There is space for 2 vehicles in the garage and an addition 2-3 in the driveway depending on vehicle size. Any tickets given due to parking will be guests financial responsibility. **COMMERCIAL, BRANDED VEHICLES, OR 10+ PASSENGER VANS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.**

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY?
All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints and HOA requirements. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! This home has parking for 2 cars in the garage and an additional 2-4 in the driveway depending on vehicle size. Street parking is not permitted at any time. Parking specifics will be sent to you prior to your arrival. **COMMERCIAL, BRANDED VEHICLES, OR 10+ PASSENGER VANS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.**

WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE?
All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart tv's and high-speed WiFi.

SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?
We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.

This home is located in the gated golf community of Terra Lago; one of the best-kept secrets in the desert! The Terra Lago community has so much to offer including a serene 20-acre lake where guests can have fun with catch and release fishing.

The Golf Club at Terra Lago boasts 36 holes of championship golf surrounded by endless mountain views. If you want to venture out a little further, there are hundreds of golf resorts to choose from, including a round of par 3 night time golf at "The Lights".
