Luxury and completely renovated 1 level 3 bedroom home ( sleeps 6 ) in sought after Indian Wells loc. Located just 20 min drive from Palm Springs Int'l Airport this home is centrally located in an upscale residential neighborhood. Short distance to World Class Golf, Tennis, restaurants and shopping. Please note that we manually add to your quoted rate the cost of utilities and pool heat. The utility fee will not show up on your booking and will be added based on the duration of your stay. Pool heat cost depends on the time of year.

The home has been stylishly equipped for your luxury holiday enjoyment. We also boast a lovely private pool and outdoor hot tub. To compliment you will also find an Outdoor Fireplace too for enjoying evenings in the private fully fenced back yard. Stylish outdoor patio & pool furniture compliment the lovely landscaped private gardens.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Bei einem kleinen Problemchen hat der Gastgeber sofort reagiert und es gelöst. Wir haben den Pool genossen. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Amazing Beautiful Home
The house is GORGEOUS, in a beautiful area of La Quinta with a swimming pool to die for on an enormous lot. Plenty of space inside and out. The house was clean, decorated beautifully and my family and I never wanted to leave. Plenty of pool toys, bicycles, television with cable in every room, 2 fireplaces and an outdoor shower to rinse off. Paradise!

This is my second time staying at Andrew and Jill’s place, (July 2021 and July 2022). This home never disappoints! We spent very restful days lounging by the pool, cooking in the chefs kitchen or entertaining our friends at many of the local restaurants (Porta Villa near Paseo becoming one of our local favorites). The home is well equipped, comfortable for families and close to excellent shopping, restaurants, coffee bars, museums and golfing. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood approximately 20 min to downtown Palm Springs along Highway 111. Andrew is very easy to get in touch with and communication with the property manager, Laura, was a breeze. We are looking forward to coming back next year as well. Thank you Andrew and Jill!

Simply. Amazing.
What a beautiful oasis in Indian Wells! This home exudes comfort, beauty, and amenities. Open layout with a large common area flanked on each end with the bedrooms. Andrew and Jill thought of everything to make our visit a seamless one. We enjoyed the hot tub and the open kitchen for cooking as well as the ample seating for television viewing. The location was perfect for our tournament at Indian Wells Tennis Garden just 2 miles away. Palm Springs was about 25 minutes away. Loved staying here and would highly recommend to others to rent this beautiful home.

A Little Slice of Heaven
We had a wonderful stay (July 2021). Andrew’s property is in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located off Hwy 111 with lots of shopping and restaurants near by. It’s the perfect location for R&R. Golfing, vintage shopping, museums, and a few great neighborhood bars only minutes away. Cozy home with a large pool, great for families and entertaining. My only suggestion is to replace some of the “older” and well loved cooking pots and pans. For a one-month stay, I went out and purchased my own so that I could fully enjoy the chefs kitchen. Overall, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful home and will definitely stay again.

Great House, Great Location
This was our first time staying at Andrew and Jill’s home in Indian Wells, and we loved it. The house looked just like the pictures showed on the internet. The backyard and pool were fantastic. Amazing saltwater pool. Location, Location, Location. A vacation home or a permanent resident, Indian Wells is the place to be. Very centrally located, very quiet neighborhood, and spectacular views out in front. Great place to walk or ride the bikes that are available to you around the neighborhood. Joe was great, and very quick to respond to us when the air conditioning broke, We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Thanks again Andrew, Jill, and Joe for a great 6 weeks even with record breaking temperatures in June. Thank You

Wonderful stay in Indian Wells
Andrew’s place is perfect for a relaxing break, with everything you might need. I loved it so much I extended my stay to 5 weeks! Simply stunning!
We recently had the chance to rent this property for our November golf trip to Palm Springs. We were not disappointed! The house itself is beautiful - and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and spa area. The property manager was super responsive and arranged to meet us upon our arrival to walk us through the details. We have stayed in various vacation homes across the States and this is by far our favorite one. The house is set up perfectly for our family with two little ones. The pool area is beautiful. The house was everything we hoped it would be, and exactly as presented in the photos here. It was immaculate and clean, well equipped with everything we needed. The salt water pool was perfect too, just the right size and so much nicer than chlorine pools, we enjoyed it very much. The neighborhood is very quiet, although the property has other houses on three sides, it is not overlooked at all and the garden and pool are completely private. We didn’t see or hear any of the neighbors during our 10 day stay so it totally felt like the secluded retreat we were looking for. The owner was easy to work with in planning our visit and the property manager was super friendly and helpful during our stay. Indian Wells is an excellent location for exploring the Coachella Valley and there is easy access to all the shops and dining choices you could wish for within just a few minutes drive. We hope to make many return visits.

Beautiful home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen and outdoor amenities made for a wonderful vacation for our family. We opened up the many patio doors each day to gentle breezes and never needed a/c. My husband especially enjoyed the outdoor shower next to the master bathroom with full privacy and a gorgeous mountain view. This is a beautiful home in a great location.

This is an amazing house! This was our fourth visit to the Coachella valley and this house was by the far the best house we’ve stayed in. The pool is a great size. The neighborhood is wonderful. The property had everything we needed. The full house audio is a great touch. From the property manager meeting us at the house to the stay, everything was perfect.
