Come celebrate the Palm Springs mid-century modern lifestyle in this iconic Alexander built private home located in Racquet Club Estates. This vacation getaway offers the modernist and minimalist principles of the Desert Modern Era with post & beam construction, clerestory windows, soaring rooflines, tongue & groove exposed wood beam ceilings, and an open floor plan melding the indoor/outdoor living spaces. The expansive great room features clerestory views of the San Jacinto mountains from the kitchen, and bright slider door views to the pool and outdoor bar off the living room. The updated kitchen features granite counters, a mix of glass and wood-front cabinetry, side by side refrigerator, and a gas range. The kitchen is conveniently open to the living and dining areas, perfect for entertaining guests or keeping the chef company. Play a game of billiards on the pool table while dinner simmers. Bring dinner outside and enjoy a cocktail with loved ones at the outdoor bar as the stars come out and the kids play in the pool!

WHAT'S NEARBY
Located just two miles from the heart of Palm Springs, you will be in the middle of all the action within minutes of leaving your front door. The charm of Palm Canyon Drive will await each guest with the many shops, restaurants, and attractions in town. After popping into the local museums or hiking along a nearby trail, a bite to eat will definitely be on the agenda. Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, and Rooster and the Pig (takeout only) are all great options! A day trip to Mount San Jacinto State Park or Joshua Tree National Park is always a good idea as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
The home has a newly remodeled pool and spa that can be heated for an additional fee.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Active security cameras mounted above the garage door and on the side of the home with the pedestrian gate. They face the driveway and the pedestrian gate.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Es un lugar muy limpio agradable lo unico esque el jacuzzi de la picina nunca se calento pero por lo demas estubimos muy agusto desicidi rentar este lugar para ir a relajarme con mis hijos y celebrara mis 40 anos Muchas gracias me gusto todo.

Good location, cute house in Palm Springs
Review for the house itself: Great location, very clean, cute and stylish. Great yard and pool. The house is old and we had some issues with the laundry machine and some leaks when it rained, but nothing major. We payed extra to heat the pool and spa and enjoyed them both. It probably isn't the best house for young toddlers/ babies, but we made it work! Review for Vacasa: Very difficult to get a hold of anyone before our trip and when we ran into issues during the trip. Everyone we interacted with was nice, but the inability to get a hold of someone in a timely fashion was frustrating, especially considering how pricey the stay was.

Don’t use vacasa
Check in was a complete mess- waited outside with wrong codes for well over an hour. Internet went out for last two days - contacted help desk said they would send someone out and call us back- never called back or came. Left something at the property have yet to hear from them on how to get it back. WORST COMPANY EVER.

Mid-Century getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had all the amenities we needed, the pool was great, and it definitely had a mid-century vibe. There is easy access to downtown, restaurants, and the airport. We appreciated the privacy of the yard and pool. A view of the mountains from the pool is a plus.

Never Again!!
Started off badly. We were not able to get in upon arrival because the kitchen sink was being repaired and remained broken our entire stay. The oven and bbq both dont work. The AC keeps defaulting back to 81+ degrees at night when its 118 outside causing us to wake up in a sweat. All the Roku batteries were dead. The freezer sucks and won't even keep our ice cream frozen. I'm super pissed and disappointed. This property has a lot of potential. It just needs the proper care. NEVER AGAIN! All this money was paid for services that were not provided

Fun fun fun for the family
Amazing property! So much to do while stuck inside during covid season. The kids had so much pool fun, the yard was amazing for the kids to have a picnic, the bbq/bar area are was perfect for the adults to drink and chit chat. Grandpa and grandson played corn hole tournaments. The inside of the house was clean, so comfortable. They even had a washer and dryer and a pool table. We will definitely stay here again. Loved every minute of it. Thank you
