INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME
This vacation rental is fully furnished with Smart TVs and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, stovetop espresso maker, Ninja coffee/tea maker (pot or single serve) , toaster, and a blender big enough for your pitcher of margs'.
Kitchen:
Basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice drawer, salt and pepper. Plus other cooking supplies oil, sprays, foil, cling wrap, etc.
House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. For longer term guests, you may need to replenish additional supplies, or just let us know and we can supply more.

Casa de Vistas is the perfect location to get away from it all, while not being too far - it’s only 15 minutes from El Paseo and the heart of town.

The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Guests have access to the entire villa, back and front patios.
The house is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the unit through your entire stay.
The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!
We give space to our guests, but if there is an emergency we can send someone to the property.

You can park your maximum of 2 small cars in the driveway & we will give you access to our garage as well which can fit 2 smaller cars or 1 large SUV.
Parking on the street is not allowed.
The community has gated security that you will have access to.

-WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available depending on scheduling. Once the unit is ready for check-in, we will let you know.
-WILL I NEED TO MEET THE HOST TO GET A KEY?
The property has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
-DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
A departure clean is included for all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean may be provided for an additional fee.
-IS THE POOL/HOTTUB PRIVATE?
The pool/hot-tub are shared. However, the community has 45 pools for its residents. So you might have it all to yourselves! (NOTE: due to increasing energy costs the pool closest by is no longer heated in the winter.)
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
You're welcome to bring your own speaker, but do note this is a quiet and peaceful community. The City prohibits the use of radios, musical instruments, sound systems and other sound-emitting devices outside a home or rental property between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. City fines start at $1,000 and are strictly enforced.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Yes we do! We have a limit of 1 pet per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in the community.

Let’s start with a few basics: How to stay like a local: There are so many awesome things to see, do, eat, and drink minutes away from your unit. That being said, to help you have the best stay possible, we have a few tips for your stay.
1. You’re living like a local, be respectful of the other neighbors.
2. No smoking (of any kind) ya feel me?
3. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture in the house.
4. Your trip details should already be complete. If they aren’t, just go ahead and message us!
5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to the Rental Unit, you’re responsible for their actions.
6. There are occupancy limits we must follow. Help us follow the rules!
7. We’re here to help. If you have any questions at all feel free to message us!
8. CANCELLATION. Here’s a rundown of our policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
9. EXCESSIVE NOISE. We're is committed to respecting our neighbors and to promoting a peaceful, safe, memorable experience for all our guests. You agree to refrain from any activities that would disrupt the peace of neighboring properties. In other words, no excessive noise, smells, lights…you get it. Keep your stuff to yourself. You agree to comply with the property’s rules, including quiet hours, and to all local noise regulations. We may use technology, such as Minut, to monitor volume levels in the Rental Unit. (Don’t worry: Minut is incapable of eavesdropping on you. It only measures sound amplitude and it can’t record or transmit words.) If law enforcement or the building staff are called because of the actions of you or your party, it’s at your sole risk and expense, and it may result in additional charges and/or immediate eviction without a refund for any unused nights.
10. FEE SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN:
-Unauthorized Late Check Out : $50 dollars each half hour after check-out time. Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out.
-Smoking in Room/Common Area: $500 minimum charge and eviction from the Unit
-Excessive Cleaning: Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed.
-Damaged or Missing Items: Varies depending on cost of item
-Noise Complaints: Potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00
-Party in Unit or Common Area: Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to the unit.
