The gate wasn't opening, hot tub did not work (it never worked the entire duration of our stay) and the pool was too cold to get in. We were never told about these things not working. "The waterfront view with large windows was amazing. The house is spacious and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Unfortunately no private parking on property but there was always a spot outside of the house. Showers are tight but that's to be expected in Italy. There were an abundance of mosquitoes which made it difficult to be out - perhaps host may want to consider spraying frequently. Family of 9 and couldnt use the 5th bedroom due to heat of 33° plus. Villa clean but worn out. Not advertised as having a well for water supply so couldnt drink it. "We had the most lovely stay in Mondello. Monica and Marco were lovely hosts, and opened their home up for our family. The rooms were beautiful, the pool is lovely, but the hospitality was the best. I would highly recommend staying at their beautiful home."
