The apartment, located on the eighth floor of a modern building with an elevator, opens onto the living area, furnished with style and attention to detail, featuring a sofa, a coffee table, a smart TV, a dining table and an access to a balcony overlooking the street. The independent kitchen with dining table is equipped with many cooking tools, including an oven, a dishwasher and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first one with a queen-size bed, a dresser and a clothes rack, the second one with a queen-size bed, a clothes rack and an ensuite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout.

Amenities such as free wi-fi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating will be at guests’ disposal.

The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo.
