House of Dreams for a dream vacation in Mondello

Dream House is an elegant villa with private garden in a quiet area of ​​Mondello, the seaside resort of Palermo, famous for its beautiful clear sand beach loved by adults and children.
The house is a modern construction on three levels surrounded by a soft green lawn and luxuriant Mediterranean plants, which in spring and summer enchant with the thousand colors and scents of their flowers. The garden is furnished in such a way as to be able to live it at any time of the day: there is the relaxation area with deck chairs for sunbathing or reading a book, the corner with tables, sofas and armchairs for having breakfast in the morning or having an aperitif and relax with friends, the barbecue area for unforgettable summer barbecues.
Bright and welcoming, the house is a small jewel of elegance and style. The large glass doors to the garden create a unique environment between inside and out: the lounge with sofas in front of the fireplace, the table with chairs, the modern and functional open plan kitchen (induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishes) for every need, the beautiful design staircase leading to the first floor. Here is the master bedroom with terrace overlooking the garden, equipped with a large walk-in closet and safe, and the elegant bathroom with designer bathtub and TV.
From the living room you go downstairs where there are the other two bedrooms: ones that can accommodate up to 4 guests with a double bed and a sofa bed for two; the other one is a small bedroom with a double sofa bed, in which there is a treadmill for who loves fitness. Both bedrooms have access to a small terrace (which can also be accessed from the garden) where you find a ping-pong table and table football table. In the downstairs sleeping area are two bathrooms with showers.
All rooms are air-conditioned.

PLEASE NOTE MY HOUSE RULES:
- It is not allowed to accommodate extra people beyond those stated in the reservation. Any additional guests must be promptly notified.
- For families traveling with young children, we can provide a crib and high chair upon request.
- Animal friends are welcome, as long as they sleep in the kennel located in the garden (not in the house). In addition, an extra contribution for final cleaning of € 100 is required.
- From November to April , utilities (water, electricity and gas) are extra and are charged according to consumption.
- Our guests are required to periodically take out the garbage at the designated times (after 6 pm and before 10 pm) and not to leave their garbage untile the check out.
- Check in from 15.00 to 21.00 free. Extra check-in supplement from 21.00 to midnight € 35,00.
- Early check out supplement from 6.00 to 08.00 € 35,00.
