"Apartamento sem qualquer conforto e mal planejado. Iluminação da sala/cozinha péssima. Cozinha sem estrutura para ser utilizada adequadamente. Tomada da luz do quarto é na porta de entrada do apartamento. Cama sem cabeceira e com espaço entre o colchão e a parede. O barulho do ar condicionado é tão alto que é impossível dormir com ele ligado. Resolvemos então deixar a sacada aberta para refrescar e o resultado foi acordar durante a noite para matar pernilongo e acordamos com várias picadas. "

"Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."

"We had a decent stay in this apartment. It's spacious and well-equipped with a nice view from the balcony. Having a washing machine in the apartment was an added bonus. It's close to the Metro, several bus stops, and a train station which made getting around the city (and even visiting other cities for the day) very easy. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating, even offering the option for early check-in. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat and shop in the neighborhood...

"Beyond expectations, location, location, location of course with that front row seat view of Etna across the bay but the property itself was much larger than expected from the photos. Lots of outdoor and indoor space well designed clean bright and airy. The host was very easy to work with and the whole process was seamless. "

"die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr abseits, dafür hat man aber seine Ruhe. Man ist auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen. Ricardo als privater Vermieter war immer erreichbar, hilfreich und total zuverlässig. Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und hatte alles was man benötigte vor Ort. Wir haben 14 Tage dort verbracht und handn uns wohl gefühlt. Danke Ricardo für den tollen Urlaub."

"Plus qu'un séjour, c'est une formidable rencontre avec Salvatore et Paola. Accueil irréprochable, chaleureux et d'une générosité sans pareil. Tout est mis à notre disposition pour passer un bon séjour. La piscine entièrement rénovée est juste formidable, avec son tobogan, bouée et ballon... elle a fait le bonheur des enfants ... et des parents aussi...

"Die Wohnung ist neu und modern gestaltet. Tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf die Stadt und den Vulkan. Abzüge gibt’s nur für die Agentur, die das Objekt verwaltet. Zunächst per WhatsApp über verschiedene Nummern dauernde Kommunikation. Als ich dann aber die gebrauchte Bettwäsche reklamierte, gab es gar keine Reaktion mehr :-) "

"Photos are accurate. A comfortable rustic house with a lovely garden and pool that provides a secluded peaceful haven for a relaxing time. Surrounded by orange and olive groves. Nice cantina in local village and other restaurants 20 min drive away. Key tourist sites in the east of the island are 1-2 hrs away. You will return home very rested. A warm welcome from Franco, the owner, and Francesca who is a very attentive guide for the visitor, always available on WhatsApp, and speaks great English....
