Your stay, private and surrounded by trees, is full of light, modern amenities, and wilderness-themed mementos. From the moment you walk inside, you will immediately feel at home amidst the living room's high ceilings, electric fireplace, and large smart TV. The adjacent full kitchen is an ideal space to cook amongst the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Follow the rustic mementos and ample natural lighting into each of the bedrooms. The primary en suite bedroom boasts private outdoor access and a sizable bathroom. The additional bedrooms are just as inviting, equipped with ceiling fans and high-quality linens. A private washer/dryer ties together the stellar interior amenities.

Outside, as the sun begins to set over the landscape beyond, head for the deck where alfresco meals and cheerful conversations are inevitable. Within 15 miles of your doorstep, enjoy exploring Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts, Pagosa Springs Town Park, Rocky Mountain Wildlife Park, and Chimney Rock National Monument. Wolf Creek Ski Lodge is also within quick driving distance at about 30 miles.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
