The farm getaway!!!!

The farm is a great place to stay for a family or just a couples weekend getaway! It is approximately 10 minutes from Grand Rivers, Pattis, Lighthouse Landing, Green Turtle bay, HUBS at Kuttawa Harbor & LBL Park. Very close to all the marinas and Lakes! Enjoy the pool, hot tub, or the screened in deck! You can also enjoy a s’more or roasted hot dog by the fire pit. We have many things to do outside including a game of corn hole or any of the many board and card games we offer.
Very private place with a ton of space to park your vehicles and boats!
Paducah is the place for chain restaurants the mall & many other stores. For the kiddos Kentucky Shores, Venture river Water Park or Maggie’s Jungle Golf. The farm is a great place to stay and meet the needs of a great vacation!

Loved it
My husband and I came to stay for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Our hostess suggested 2 places to eat nearby and we went to both. I'd stay again if we were ever over that way again.

Wedding Weekend
My son got married in Livingston County, so we wanted to stay close to the wedding site. This property offered us plenty of space to prepare wedding food and get ready for the big day. I wish I had more time to enjoy such a peaceful, beautiful farm. I did enjoy the view of the river!

Weekend getaway
Wanted to get away with my son and his family. Searched for a place with a pool for the 8 year old grandson and hot tub for the adults. The farm did not disappoint; the younger adults wanted to spend time in the city; so we didn’t spend as much time at the farm as I thought. The farm is a nice place for a family gathering.

The view was fabulous, the swimming pool and hot tub first class and clean. I appreciated being in the country .The house was large and the vrbo description spot on. Kitchen had all pots/ pans/ crock pot etc....beds lovely,plenty of towels,garden tub in master bedroom lovely. The communication with the property owner awesome...5 out of 5 stars for me and my family!!!!

The best place we've stayed
Lots of room, clean, private and just plain amazing. The only issue we had was the internet and the tv in the bedrooms, no service and the tv would keep freezing. Other than that, it was the best vacation I have been on in awhile. Will definitely be coming back.

Secluded and quiet
If you are looking for a place with privacy, this is it. If you require a strong internet connection while gone, this is NOT it. Your cell phones will work fine, just at dial up speed. Not a criticism at all, as disconnecting was the point of our vacation. Very clean, listing is accurate. Hannah and her husband were wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.

The Farm House hosted by the Fleet Family
The Farm House is a beautiful place to stay, close enough to things yet far enough away for peace and quiet. Our second time staying here, we fell in love with the place from the get go and just had to make a return visit. Such gracious hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t get WiFi to work as advertised but didn’t really matter we had TMobile 5G service and really didn’t require it. Nice and relaxing weekend in the country.

Girls getaway/celebration of life
It was great! We loved the location! Peaceful and private. No issues with the property. We loved the river view, saw some eagles and the weather and the pool were perfect! 3 days wasn't long enough!

Vaca better than therapy
Google maps took us right to the house. We settled right in. The house was great. After unloading it was to the hot tub. Fabulous after getting the jets going. We spent every day in the huge pool. In the evening it was cooking great meals on the grill & lots of corn hole. The house is very secluded and quiet. We enjoyed watching the eagles & barges. Basically we spent the whole week on the large back porch. The house is big enough for a family. The four of us were more than comfortable. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who likes the quiet country. There are things to do in town, which is a short drive.

Amazing getaway
Very beautiful. The pictures do no justice. It was an incredible location and beautiful scenery. It rained a lot while there unfortunately but it was still an amazing time. Host was very responsive and puts a lot of thought into her guest and what they might enjoy. You will not be disappointed.

A wonderful stay!
We stayed here with our family of 4, my sister's family of 5, plus my parents - it felt spacious enough so that we weren't cramped, even with all of us out in the living areas at once. Everything was clean and some very thoughtful extras made our stay even better - a high chair, kitchen items (not just essentials), the size of the deck and porch, and even eagle sightings on the river! This home is even better than the pictures! We are planning to come again next year.

Summer stay
This property was very private and immaculate. Communication was good, slight hiccup with key location, but easily remedied. Although the property is on the river, it is atop a bluff and you can't actually fish or dock a boat there. Nothing in the explanations said you could, but I guess I had that impression. I neglected to specifically ask as well. Even with that, it was about 10 minutes or so into Grand Rivers where we were able to put the boat in (for free, no stickers to buy, ramp fees, etc.), and truly I enjoyed how secluded and private the property was. Would recommend.
