This modern and spacious 85 sq.mt apartment is located on the first floor of a restored period building but without a lift. The house is located in the residential area in the center of Padua 5 minutes walk from Prato della Valle, 10 minutes walk from the Basilica del Santo.
The accommodation has a living room with relaxation corner, large and comfortable open kitchen with dining area, perfectly equipped with fridge, stove, traditional and microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and kitchen utensils, two lovely bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet and hairdryer.
All the furniture is extremely accurate and finished in detail, you will feel just like you are at home!
Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, fan, TV, cot for babies, high chair for small children, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, independent heating, mosquito nets in all windows

Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

IF THE EARLY CHECK-IN IS NOT AVAILABLE, IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.

PLEASE NOTE:
- All guests' identity documents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law.

- For check-ins after the scheduled times, the following supplements are required:
* after 9.30 pm and up to 11 pm a supplement of 25 Euros is required
* after 11pm and until midnight a supplement of 30 Euros is required
* after midnight and until 1 a supplement of 40 Euros is required
We are unable to check in past 1:30.

Upon your arrival you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of € 1 per person per night, for the first 5 nights only, as requested by the municipality of Padua.
