"Julie with activities most awesome and fun we've ever seen, she gets a 5start. Staff was great and did all they could and they get a 5star. Location itself, for the cost, not happy that couldn't use cell phones without a code, and that a code would cost extra if needed, made it hard for family to get in touch with us. Even Motel 6 provides free wifi if needed for phones without entering codes or being a hassle. Also not happy lobby locked at 10pm, very inconvenient and didn't feel safe...

"Tranquility and a path to the ocean."

"The house was clean in the most important places, eg bathroom and kitchen. The wall heaters, which were in every room, had a lot of lint and dust in the grates. Yuck. The tops of the base boards were also dirty. House met our expectations in all other ways."

"We had a nice time at this well appointed and fun beach cabin. It is thoughtfully equipped and very comfortable. The trail to the beach is absolutely lovely and of course the beach cannot be beat!"

"The unit/cottage was cute and reflected the age of the area. The cottage was a one bedroom with a bath and a kitchen nook. There wasn’t much room for the wife and myself with just a few items of our own. The cottage was well located near small restaurants and a big hardware/grocery store"

"Perfect space for one or two. Compact and cute it provides all the necessities. The location is away from the hustle and bustle. Will be back!"

"Lovely, little cottage a block from the shore. Shared yard with other two cottages with separate fire pits. Bring any pantry staples to prep at cottage, like cooking oil and ice. Enjoy falling asleep to the sound of waves! "

"The cozy getaway was as good as the pictures if not better. Everything you could want in a small home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable the sectional and living room as well appointed, although it could use another lamp."

"We really enjoyed the location being away from noice of staying in Long Beach. Great access to ocean from the close park access. The covered grill area was great as it rained, kitchen well equipped - even had a Belgian waffle maker! Photos were accurate and we enjoyed a very comfortable beach stay!! The washer/dryer was great as our clothes got wet from the weather, and the gas fireplace was cozy..."

"You know how sometimes the pictures on a vacation home listing presents the property a bit better than it actually is? Not here. It’s exactly as shown, which is a cute vacation bungalow that is 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. Perfect for a couple. We’ll be back. "

"We enjoyed our stay, however, there were a couple of things to know - make sure you bring paper towels and trash bags normally when we rent there is a starter pack and a book of things to do for you, not here. Also if you have allergies to strong fragrances be aware the cleaning solution they use is way over powering. The address on the mailbox in front of the house is not the address for the house so make sure you look for the numbers on the house and the outside paint color is not the same as...

"The photos on Vrbo were FAR less representative of this really cute place. The grounds are a private grassy court with 11 cottage units plus the proprietor's home. We booked late on an event weekend and the rates were not gouge-level. Please go stay with them if you're in the area "
