Located in the heights above Pacific Grove, it’s less than a mile to the Monterey Aquarium, Cannery Row, and the Coastal Recreational Trail—and a few minutes to downtown shops, galleries, restaurants, and cafes. The living room has a sofa with chaise, a reading chair with an ottoman, a large TV and a pot belly stove. There’s a King bed in the master along with a TV, a walk-in closet (and peeks of the ocean). The second guest room has twin beds, and the hall bath has a tiled shower. The dining nook and laundry adjoin the kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, a four-burner gas range and microwave (no dishwasher). If you’re working from home, there are two desks: one in the master bedroom and the second (with a computer) tucked into the stairway landing.   30-night minimum stay. One small dog under 25 lbs. allowed (with prior pet screening). Street parking only.
