The Sunset West house is a classic Pacific City getaway designed for fun at the beach. A classic 70s design, but with thoughtful updates, this home will make you feel at ease. The living room has a big comfy couch, with ocean views. There are 5 bedrooms making sure there is room for the whole family. The kitchen is small, but well equipped. The best part is the large oceanfront deck, and a hot tub with the best views in town.

2 level Octagon house. Split level entry. Downstairs has bedroom with queen bed ; bedroom with two double beds ; bedroom/den with double futon , twin futon and TV; full bath with shower; full bath with laundry area and shower. Upstairs has living room, dining area and kitchen, bedroom with king bed , bedroom with 3 twin bunks , full hall bath with tub & shower. Due to the unique octagon design, the upstairs bedroom walls do not fully meet the ceiling.

A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.
This home is built directly on a sand dune that leads to the beach. During winter storms the sand can quickly drift and accumulate around the property sometimes affecting the ocean view. Although we make every effort to remove the sand and preserve the view prior to your stay, the winter weather makes this difficult to predict and views may not be guaranteed.

For Summer Bookings between 7/1-9/4: There may not be one or two day gaps. So if you book a stay allowing this type of gap between bookings, you may be asked to cancel or move dates. We apologize for inconvenience but the online booking system does not allow for this type of rule.
This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
