"Overall the house was great for 3/4 families with kids. The location to the beach was perfect -- very close. The "Cowboy" pool is perfect for kids 6 and under. The outdoor kitchen area downstairs would be really nice if it was a bit cooler. Communication with the owner/manager was easy and instructions were clear. The house could use some touch ups is my only gripe. 4.5/5 stars"

"We enjoyed our stay and had lots of fun at the beach. The close proximity to the beach was perfect! Only a two minute drive away. We also enjoyed the marina restaurant with the very friendly staff."

"We had a great stay. It was literally 2 minutes from the beach. Community pool and fishing pier within blocks and a playground with a basketball court across the road where you can see the kids from the deck. The kids rode bikes around the blocks and the community is very kid and family friendly. The rental had great sleeping arrangements and great communication."

"We had a great time at the property. The location was nice and quiet and close to the beach. We enjoyed fishing, we caught a lot by the dock. The property can use a bit of an upgrade but overall we had a wonderful family time and the house was big enough to accommodate our group. The host was very responsive. "
