"The staff are all incredibly friendly and the room was beautifully spacious - we were in the anexe right opposite the spa. We arrived slightly early and foud that our room was ready. This hotel does have a nice spa - there is one steam room, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a pool, treatment rooms and a relaxation room upstairs. The steam room did have a few loose tiles which was off-putting but it was fine otherwise. The room service is of high qualify with a sizeable portion; there is free gin provided...

"I booked the property going solely from the reviews and was not disappointed. The room was clean and comfortable. The food choices and service was good and i enjoyed eating there. I was not really expecting much as the cost was very reasonable but was impressed. The staff were really good and very pleasant. This is a town centre pub so noise may be an issue at times but during our stay it was only evident on the friday night (before xmas) which still was not a problem. I would definitely stay...
