"My family of 5 and 2 dogs stayed at this cute house for a couple of days. The house was great! The yard is huge for the kids to catch fireflies and play and the dogs to roam. The house was comfy and in a great location. Check in and out was very easy. "

"The house was clean & well stocked & very quiet inside. The only large downfall was the a/c in the 3 bedrooms did not work well at all. The entire upstairs was very hot & muggy until the sun went down. Then the mainfloor bedroom was hot all night. The house will be perfect if the a/c is figured out. We had a mouse surprise us in the kitchen but that was not a huge ordeal. "

"The house was lovely, clean and spacious. However, we do have a couple of recommendations... The dining table only had 4 chairs in a house that sleeps 10 (we had 8). Please provide more chairs at the large table. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Finally, the patio only had one chair, which was too dirty to sit on. You need more patio furniture so guests can sit outside in the morning with their coffee."

"Large house that just keeps on going. lots of beds. Good quiet neighborhood that is close to many things. slept 18 here several nights - all the grandparents, groomsman, brothers and aunt & uncle for Oldest's son's wedding. the walk in closets gave space for the final storage and ironing of 8 dresses and allowed grandma to do final touche on wedding dress - even had room for the sewing machine. The house was a life saver. it is on a cul-d-sac so try to carpool if have mega group like mine....

"My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Garden Cottage! We were there for 3 days while in Kansas City for business and it was the perfect place to unwind after many business meetings. The surrounding countryside is really peaceful and the gardens area is pretty. The pond is a nice place to sit too. "Our group stayed at the mansion for a week and it was amazing. The house is huge enough to be a lovely place to relax and for kids and adults to have space to be in the same place.
