"I loved the oak trees and the birds. Our site had an amazing view of the ocean as we were on the 3rd floor. We saw humpback whales, dolphins, pelicans, terns, grebes, and more. We appreciated our time there and intend to return."

"We got to stay in the upgraded condos! They were beautiful! I had never stayed in the A and B side! Each of one of us had basically an apartment to ourselves. "

"The stay was overall pretty good. The only thing we found was there are only 2 washers and dryers for the entire campground. 1 washer was broken and there was no change machine to get quarters and the office was closed. Could also use a playground for the little ones as there isnt much for kids on the property other than the pool for summer. "

"First, the view can't be beat. The condo was very clean and neat. The furniture is not the most comfortable, however. Overall a good experience."

"Our family of 4 enjoyed a quiet time in the outer banks at this lovely beach house. November isn't exactly the time most folks visit the beach, but we've spent most of our lives in the far north, so the "chilly weather" didn't prevent us from enjoying kayaking in the inner channels and viewing the sunset from the crow's nest. We found the kitchen very adequate; we were able to cook a lovely thanksgiving dinner and ate quite well the entire time. We packed all our needs/food for the weekend so...

"We had 9 family members. The home was lovely, spacious and had that pool which was used a lot. The house is near the ocean, shopping, restaurants and points of interest. The only con would be more umbrellas/shade sails by the pool and the multiple decks. It was really hot while we were in Kitty Hawk!"

"Love love loved this place it was a great get away, the kids loved every minute of it and saw horses almost everyday even a baby one! Caught some fish from the dock and made lasting memories! Loved driving on the beach and not having to haul everything to it by hand! Would def recommend this for someone who doesn’t like the crowds and loves a real getaway to nature and beach! Kids can’t wait to go back!"

"Beautiful and very relaxing vacation. The view from the condo was amazing. The sunrises were spectacular. Within steps of the beach which we walked daily. Had everything we needed to cook our meals, very equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The sheets and towels were great. Everything was made to feel at home and comfortable. "This unit was clean, well taken care of and comfortable. Great ocean view as well. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Check in was easy and we enjoyed our time here. The fireplace is decorative only, a little disappointing. Great location, great views and we look forward to returning in the future."

"Very cute condo and very peaceful. We thought we were going directly though the owner and VRBO , we were wrong it was through Vacasa and not the owner . We got their Monday at 8:15 pm, after driving 9 hours , I had to clean the previous guest dishes that were still in the dishwasher dirty. Housekeeper did not make bunk beds , restroom reeked of urine. The housekeeper did not do anything , the sheets on the bed in the bedroom were dirty. If I could rent directly through the owner and VRBO I would...

"As former OBX property owners, we were looking for a weekend getaway. We chose the Duck community and were pleased with our choice of where to stay. Our host was 100% responsive. The ocean view was amazing. We’ll be back!"

"The house was adequate. It doesn't have that awe factor, but it definitely not a dump. In my opinion, it is ready for some repairs, minor touch ups and TLC. However, it is a beach house. It is perfect for families with kids with plenty of bedrooms. If a minor incident happen inside the residence, I seriously doubt it would be noticed, because it is not in pristine condition. "

"This was a perfect place for our family. We only had 4 people, but it could easily accommodate more. With bedrooms right off the common area it was easy for everyone to communicate, but there was plenty if room so it didn't feel cramped. The location is excellent- 2 grocery stores in walking distance as well as the beach itself. Also plenty of restaurant options. Jockey's Ridge and the Wright Memorial are very close by which are great for families. We really appreciated the kitchen with quality...

"The property was very clean and had nice amenities. It was our first time in the outer banks, and I loved being right on the beach. The house was spotless when we arrived and it was very dog friendly. It’s a little secluded from mini golf, shopping, and movie theaters when the weather is bad but that was the only drawback. "

"Nice location close to the beach access. Home was relatively new and had just about everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Saw plenty of horses and everyone enjoyed the adventure of driving on the beach. Hope to stay here again in the summer season. "

"This was the perfect house for our family and friends getaway! We spent all our time enjoying meals and fellowship looking out of the big beautiful windows! Perfect setup with 3 master bedrooms! Did not want to leave!!!"

"I stay 5-6 times a year with my 9 yo grandson. Our go to place Very convenient. Park under the front awning, load your luggage etc in a cart and take the elevator to your floor. Beds are very comfortable Quiet. Staff are friend and call us by name. "

"The ocean view was incredible. Waking up to the ocean everyday can't be beat. The balcony is so nice as well! Breakfast was decent. Nothing to swoon over but I appreciate the hot food right at the hotel without having to go somewhere. My only complaint would be the hot tub. We went in the middle of February, so we booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. However, it wasn't what we were expecting. It didn't seem to be super clean (lots of little specs in the water, sand at the bottom, just...
