"Amazing location. Was previously a Holiday Inn Express turned into Condos. Could use a little updating but would totally stay there again. Staff was super nice and helpful. Great Restaurants in the area but definitely look them up on Facebook and not Google because they all post daily if they are open or not. "

"Our family had the best time at Koko's. Clint was quick to respond, the house was perfectly clean and a short walk to the beach each day. Would stay again in a heartbeat. "

"The property was exactly as described and exactly what our family of 3 needed. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the property. It had all the basics we needed. You might wanna bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dish detergent, depending on the size of your party. The location is 3/5 compared to other properties and if you want to walk to the sand beach. You have to cross a VERY busy road. It took us 30mins from the house to the beach since the traffic light is quite far away. There’s a nice playground close to the house (5 min walk)"

"What a surprise to once again find ourselves in one of the little old OBX cottages after not finding them for about 20 years. BUT it had been recently updated to our delight! New everything in the kitchen was great. The “beach box” was charming and suited to the 2 of us…although we could’ve had 2 more at least. We’ll be back!"

"This house is the perfect size for about 6 people. The bedrooms are comfortable and there are 3 showers (including the outdoor shower which is in great shape). The house was immaculately clean. We lost wifi at one point and the property manager promptly called us back to help restore it.The kitchen is well-stocked. You will find everything you need. It is a PLUS to have linens and beach towels included. Most especially, the view is AMAZING!This is our 23 year staying in Kitty Hawk, but our first...

"I couldn’t have found a better spot. The house is a stones throw from the beach path and in one of the cozier towns. You can even see the waves from the hot tub. The interior has a nice layout, and everything was scrupulously clean. There’s plenty of places to eat close by as well as a decent supermarket and a great fresh seafood market."

"This house is in a great location. Well stocked. We enjoyed the crows nest the most! Just a couple suggestions to make- the king mattress was extremely uncomfortable and sunk in on both sides. Might be time to replace. Also, since this is a pet friendly rental, carpets on the stairs inside would be nice. Our dog had a hard time going up and down. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"This property was absolutely perfect for us and our dog. The location was great and the private deck and fenced back yard were an added bonus. Our dog was very happy with that! The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Jeanne-Marie is an excellent host and was extremely pleasant and helpful with suggestions as to restaurants and things to do. "Wow was this the most magical place! I celebrated my wedding here full ceremony and reception. I feel so bless working with the owners was fantastic they are so responsive, helpful, and awesome. We had our cats with us and it was so nice to have the big master bed room for them to hang out in during the week when we were in and out. I would highly recommend for your next vacation or celebration! "
