If you are looking for tranquility with a modern mountainous atmosphere for your stay then you have come to the right place! This beautiful home is professionally decorated in a mountain/modern style and boasts vaulted ceilings, new furnishings and upgraded kitchen appliances. The living area features large front-facing windows with views of the rich-colored soaring canyon walls and the Uncompahgre river located just across the road. A cozy gas fireplace and a 65-inch Smart TV with comfortable seating welcomes guests to enjoy their favorite movie after a day of adventure.
The Primary bedroom, located on the main level, features a King Bed and a full bathroom located directly across the hallway. The second bedroom, located on the second level, features a Queen bed and a full bathroom located just around the corner. The cozy upstairs loft offers a second living space with a second TV for watching movies (DVD/VHS, no cable) and two Twin sofa sleepers..

An outdoor front seating area is a great place to enjoy your hot beverage while gazing across the valley at Bridal Veil Falls. Meanwhile, a private and unique back courtyard is cut into the mountain (part of the original Grandview Mine) and offers a quiet area to relax, prepare a well-deserved grilled meal and gaze skyward at the mountains and stars.

There are hiking trails within a few blocks and the perfect base-camp for off-roading, climbing, fishing, skiing, or other mountain adventures. From outdoor adventures, to one-of-a-kind dining experiences, this vacation home is the perfect all-season Ouray getaway.
Guests are welcome to park up to one regular-sized vehicle directly in front of the garage. Apologies, this vacation home does not have garage access. Up to one more vehicle can be parked, on the river side, along the side of the road.
Note: Given this home's third floor location, please note stairs are required to access the unit.
This home is pet-friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs. The pet fee is $40.00, per night/$250.00 maximum.

About the Area: Nestled at the San Juan Gateway, Ouray offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year. In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing.
During the winter season bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, Downhill/Nordic skis and enjoy a wide variety of winter activities. Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. Enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, unique shops and Ouray Hot Springs.
A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
